Wish i could give more stars because i love BaskinRobbins which this location is shared with Dunkin. I did not buy any donuts but we did have ice cream. I went wanting a banana split (which i have wanted 1 for a long time) They had no bananas. I ordered a waffle cone, i wanted the dipped one, none so i ordered a plain waffle cone. They only had 1 plain 1 and it was broken. I ordered a cup and asked for marshmellow topping, they had none. Very disappointing...... The ice cream was good as always but that wasnt enough for more than 3 stars for me.

How do you not have vanilla or chocolate flavors in an ice cream shop? Banana split without our favorites.
Took my grandkids there to get ice cream in some waffle cones but they never seem to have any or sugar cones. Won't be wasting my time with this place again.
Went here for the ice cream with my family on Christmas Eve. There wasn't a big variety of flavors just mainly obes found st stores but, the lady that helped us was very friendly. It was strange still seeing ice cream cakes from Thanksgiving being sold on Christmas Eve, 50% off but still....not sure how good the cakes would have been.. My only issue was most of the flavors were ones that that are found at stores nothing really seasonal. I settled for Rocky road...tasted like generic Blue Bell ice cream it was decent but, nothing wow. At least baskin Robbins allows add in so, that the ice cream can be customized and better quality.
Absolutely astonishing that this place is still in business. Appears that it is owned and managed by immature teens.Drove away after seeing our order (cones) being held by various people with no gloves/no masks. 1/5/22. Girls more interested in flirting with guy in front of us rather than take/fill orders.Had to go through the drive-thru since they locked the doors an hour before closing time.
Picked out a cake for my wife’s birthday we get one every year.But this time nothing but frosting inches of frosting! $27 for frosting!! Where is the ice cream? Where is the cake? Ripped me off! I am going to bring it back! ?

Great place. I suggest getting a cookie dough ice cream its so good!
