Hardly any flavors. Horrible service. 3 out of 4 of us could not eat our ice cream because it tasted awful!
Believe the reviews when they say this place is awful. We went there tonight and after waiting 20/30 mins in the drivethru we were told they were closed nearly a whole hour before closing. We went to the sonic next door and as we were waiting for our items saw them walking outside to hang out with their friends who were waiting for them in the parking lot.
If I could I would rate this place a ZERO!!! We had two different staff members tell us that our MANGER will not buy us gloves. They were touching money then would grab a waffle cone bare hand and proceeded to fill the request. We were also told our MANAGER will not buy spoons and cups for a sundae. The cashiers could not even make change not enough in the till. The staff are very unprofessional playing with phones and touching hair and rubbing their face. I will be reporting this filthy establishment to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The MANAGER has Neglect his duties and should be fired and shut down!
I’m not a big review guy but if able I would give this place a zero. The young gal after handling money was about to grand my cone until I asked her could she please wash her hands or put on gloves. She did but also responded my manager doesn’t by gloves. She served my wife first and than walked off. I waited and waited until a guy showed up who also had not washed his hands. After asking him, I was than told they had no ice cream cups. In the short time I stood waiting person after person had the same issue. Out of everything. This store needs leadership in a bad way. Dirty, slow, unorganized, ran poorly on every front. Will never go back!
Horrible service or should I say no service at all! Brought my kids to get ice cream today on April 18th at 3:30 and the girls had a attitude when I walked in saying “why do people even come inside” then on top of that they ignored us didn’t even say oh just a minute I will be with you! But no completely acted like we where not there! So after 10 minutes of being ignored and about 4 cars getting there stuff we decided to leave! My kids will get ice cream somewhere else where people are not rude! I will be calling up there in the morning to speak with a manger! Learn to be nice and not rude!
Ordered a banana split said they were out. Okay so ordered a chocolate milkshake to find out sorry the machine was being cleaned. Why say you stay open till 8:30 and have nothing on the menu. Should have pulled out of line when they were telling the person in front of me what they couldn't do.
That feel when you want a vanilla malt and you go to Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins…and the one guy leaning over the back counter, with his clearly visible underwear and his pants hanging down, can’t see or hear me because his back is to me and he’s playing on his phone with earbuds…oh, and the other guy is literally laying on the counter playing on his phone…I just walked out without ever getting a hello or anything.
I had no experience at this location. Never been there, just searched for ice cream near me.For management/owner to not respond to so many negative reviews, or at the very minimum: show no marked improvement over such a duration…… I won’t be going. Thanks for all your help folks!
Tables are dirty. Out of 3 flavors of ice cream, including the 2 dairy free varieties we need for our daughter to have any. Muffin I go was so dry I couldn't eat it.
Thank you Chloe and all the other 3 girls that had great customer service! Hope was rude from the start needs to improve her customer service I understand sometimes we’re new but no reason to carry bad energy and rube it on everyone else lol. Hope you strength you’re weaknesses.
