If you're going to have the cook hand the food out at drive thru, at least tell that fool to speak and to put napkins in the bag. Smh
Teresa was the order take ordered 3 beef and cheddar 1 fish 2 Jamoka shake. No napkins dry roast beef no sauce no cheddar no straws no napkin. Called her said she didn't hear beef and cheddar have what was on sale. Who wants a dry as dry can be sandwich roast beef between a bun?? Noone. She didn't care about our opinion said she was right. All bad. No wonder they are not busy. Mean staff no condiments no straws no napkins should have went to burger King at least you get it the way you want. She is horrible. They should die her

Went there today because I hadn't been in about 15 years then after I got that new sandwich I remember why, it doesn't look like the one on TV it tasted nasty it cost 30 bucks for 2 of them so it'll probably be another 15 years..
The best ruben and honey mustard I have had from an Arby's. French fries were curley and seasoned almost perfectly. The lemonade was okay, but could have been better. It is from a machine so not much that can be done at the store level. The line for the drive thru was short so it made for a pretty quick process.
Drive thru is extremely slow. I waited close to 15 minutes. However, the people are friendly and the Ruben sandwich is good.
The beef and cheddar are always great with Horsey sauce plus the customer service is very nice
Barbecue sandwich was beyond belief great! Flavor, size, texture and price. Like their fish sandwiches, they’re the best around. When you ask for fries without salt,that’s exactly what you get. Friendly folks, great food…wish they were closer to home!
Worst Sandwich I ever Had The bread was STALE , the Bacon was so tough I couldn't chew it ! Your Employees Need to Have better work ethics ! This was Very Poor Quality !
