Whenever I try to come here, it's closed. I go to one in San Antonio which is delicious so I was excited there is one in college station. I'm here at 7:40 and there is a big sign they will be closing at 9pm (an hour early) and there is no one here. Could you put up another sign? I dunno. 2nd time they've been closed when I show up. Guess it's staffing issues. Maybe someday I'll get my Ube milkshake!
Although the hours are displayed on the restaurant and on google, they aren’t open when it says they are. It’s unfortunate because the food is decent, however the food does take a good while to come out of the kitchen. Before going, I have to make it a habit to call to see if they are operating and most of the time they don’t pick up the phone anyways
Says it's open on Google I go to the location it says they're closing today early at 9pm but the doors are locked. I don't get it.
The absolute worst. I couldn’t wait to brighten up my Monday with some boba and fries. The food was inedible, there was so much garlic on the fries it was officially banned from being delivered to my office ever again. The Boba was also incredibly chewy. I wasted $23 on food to go straight into the trash. So disappointed but lesson learned.
Hannah and Alex were very friendly and welcoming. They patiently explained what everything was and gave some solid recommendations. The mangonada is great!
Whoever manages/owns this place obviously never had to work hard for their money. This place is mismanaged like crazy, constantly understaffed, and horribly uncompetitive pricing. $8 boba shouldn’t take 30 minutes. This place will be out of business before long I guarantee their behind on rent payments so it’s only a matter of time before they close it up. It tastes good though I’ll give it that, so you might as well try it once before you can’t anymore.
Need more staff. Chick next to me waited on a strawberry bliss for 25 mins. (Not exaggerating she showed me her receipt). Poor dude up front was getting kinda testy on the phone but it’s understandable since he was slammed solo. Offer more pay and maybe y’all can get more staff and keep your ratings and your few employees mental health from taking dives.
I love this place!!! The staff is amazing and work hard. The food is great and the drinks are refreshing. I see all these negative reviews and wonder how many times do these people actually go in there and see how hard the staff works. I will always bring family and friends here to eat and enjoy a good time.
If I could rate this place no stars I would. Everything took forever and there was no one inside. Let alone you couldn’t order anything on the menu. Everything was out. Drinks were coming out half filled, my drinks weren’t even made right. There were people in the back not working, leaving the one person up front to do drinks. It doesn’t even seem like he’s trained. I went inside and asked for a refund because my STRAWBERRY moijto was half filled and no flavor or strawberries or lime and the dude at the counter said “there’s strawberries in it.” It was literally CLEAR. The fries that came out were so greasy that they were slipping out of my fingers. I was scared to eat them. This place doesn’t even need to be opened. The pictures are lies and don’t even stand to compare to anything.
I love this place. And I always tip because I know how hard these people work. If y’all hadn’t noticed there’s always 2 people only each day. And I feel bad when they are rushed and people complain all The time. And I can tell they are mostly all teenagers. Or students of some sort like HS or college. It breaks my heart to see people complaining and leaving bad reviews for no reason. If you knew how hard it actually was to work then you wouldn’t say anything. If you hated this place that bad just don’t come anymore. If you wanted to leave “zero” stars then why bother even putting one?. This kids work their butts off. And I hope the workers see this because I want to thank them for their wonderful service and hard work. Delicious food and drinks.
