The service is great and the food is just as good. Hot and fresh too.
Zaxby’s order #163163744Ordered online at 5:33pm in College Station. Drive thru was coned off so went inside. There were 2 tables eating and no one waiting to order or for food. I had ordered online. 4 groups came in after me, ordered similar things and all got their orders before me.I asked about my food, the manager walked around and did not assist. Then asked the desk person twice about my food, was ignored.Got my food at 6:03pm. No apology, manager never spoke to me.Just horrible response for a restaurant in Aggieland.I sent in a message via the app and also an email to [email protected] - but now 5 days later - ZERO RESPONSE.Zaxby’s does not care and should not be in Aggieland!
It was okay. Customer service was good. The food was okay. I normally just get the cobb salad. The tenders seemed to need a little more cooking.
Quick food... just check your bag before heading out. They tend to miss things at times.

Great place to eat and many options depending on what you like. Kids meals are good and sizes of the chicken wings are medium to large with many different sauces you can choose from and dips as well. We had a nice lunch and left full..
Drive through only, but was very slow. Upon receipt, the wrong sauce was used both on the chicken and a different wrong sauce on the side.
It's tough to compete with Canes and Layne's. You just have a preference ?♀️. Staff was great, place was clean, good service overall

Food was average at best. I placed my order online with a selected pickup time. Arrived to find the lobby closed .... 7:15 PM. Had to wait in the drive thru lane. Finally able to pick up my order at 7:30 ... chicken was soggy likely due to the wait. Also, my order was not complete. Not the first time we have had less than a "favorable" experience at Zaxby's. There will not be a return trip as there are several better options close by.
