amazing food went during lunch with my coworkers and we had a good experience , we ordered ahead of time and when we got there we did have a little wait but it was so worth it ! all these other reviews are just bitter people
I ordered thigh bites and seasoned fries. I was disappointed with my meal. Chicken was way over cooked, felt hard as a rock. Fries were undercooked, still cold.
I should have known from their current 3 star rating exceedingly rude employees Would never recommend this location what has happened to Wing stop? The franchise owner has to do something to fix this location. 3 starts with over 100 reviews before mine has to be a wake up call.
Have had 3 bad experiences here in a row and have since decided I’m better off making my own wings at home. That is all.
This place is awful. Listen to the others reviews when they say, "THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG!" I ordered 2 orders of 10 wings and fries each online. When I went to pick it up, it was ready to go with a sticker that said "bag secured." ...well they definitely didn't check the order. I was missing an order of fries and the fries they gave me were soggy and burnt. When I called and asked them to fix it, they told me I had to come back to pick it up. UM I'M NOT GOING TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK, WASTE MY GAS, JUST TO BE GIVEN BURNT FRIES.... Needless to say, they put me on hold for about 20-30 minutes and finally offered me a refund. If I had read the reviews on here before placing my order, I definitely would have chosen a different place for dinner. So disappointed....
If wingstop would stay the way they are right now on Wilburn road that probably be the best wingstop I've ever been to keep that work up you'll always be my number one wingstop Wilburn road college station Texas the new 1. I stopped going because started recooking the wings and getting way overcooked so I stopped going The one on Weldon road might have changed my my mind good job wingstop wingstop on Wilburn road
Waited an extra 30 minutes to get our order that I scheduled and then they forgot our fries. We didn’t realize until we got back and we called for a refund and they said they couldn’t give us one and if we wanted fries we would have to come back and wait. Rude service and not understanding whatsoever. They people working the register were eating food while dealing with orders. Ordered 2 hours in advance and didn’t have it ready when they said it would.
I don't know what happened this store is. Last year, I was happy to eat chicken wing from here. Please improve the quality of the wings.
Got the Thursday special which are 2 orders of boneless thighs with fries and did carry out at this store.Let’s start off by saying that service at this store is horrible. When I said my name for the order, the cashier only gave me my cups and never my bag even though my bag was already sitting on the shelf for carry out.I assumed someone from the kitchen was gonna hand it to me instead but they were just talking. It was very obvious I was waiting for my food at the register but everyone working there turned a blind eye.The cashier ignored me and proceeded to just talk to her friend in the store and few workers in the back made eye contact with me but ignored me as well. Finally someone from the back came out and gave me my bag after about waiting 8 minutes for a pick up order!Not only that but the thighs weren’t even good. One of my orders was Korean bbq sauce and there were only actually 4 full thigh pieces, the rest were small fried chicken bits.You can also see in the photo that those full thigh pieces were barely drenched in the sauce but the small chicken bits were fully drenched.Definitely do not go to this store for good service. This is my second time coming to this store and nothing but terrible things to say about the food and work ethic.
I wish I could give negative stars because if I could this would it. The WORST service that I have ever had! Rude employees that were eating various types of food from surrounding businesses. I’m not sure who the manager is but they should be fired. If I was an investor or owner of this Wing Stop I would have fired every person who works there. Terrible quality food, terrible service/employees that have no work ethic or care for costumer service. Not mention I’m not if anyone has clean for awhile.
