I have legitimately never seen a fast food place work slower than this whataburger. I got there at 10:20pm with 5 cars in front of me, and I EVENTUALLY got my food at 11:30pm. It was simply ridiculous. The parking lot was empty, and the lobby was as well. With the amount of cars in the line, I assumed i’d be in and out within a few minutes (like any regular whataburger) but I was sadly mistaken. Choose any other place. Hell, it’d be faster to just start up the grill and make ur own burger and fries at this pace.
My wife and my son and I were heading home from visiting my other kids stopped to grab a bite for lunch around 11am on mother's day. The guy behind the counter was very courteous and polite, I'm assuming he was the manager, took our order and we got it hot and ready to eat. This location is gonna be our stop from now on when we go visit our kids in college station. God bless you guys.
I've enjoyed breakfast at Whataburger many times and prefer it to many fast food breakfasts. But I've noticed over the past 2-3 months that they do not open when they are advertised as being open. The sign on the door and employees say they open at 6 AM. But at least a couple of dozen times they were not open at by then. The past two times they weren't open at 7 AM when I dropped by. I guess I'll have to find a place that is more reliable than the Whataburger off of William D Fitch.
This is a nice Whataburger. Very clean; including the women's restroom. The manager on duty, Debra, was very very nice. She gave the child stickers but was polite and asked me 1st if it was alright. We also witnessed her cleaning tables and bringing out food/condiments. The only downside was we couldn't find napkins and none arrived with our order. Fortunately we were dining in & I could go ask for some. Since our food arrived bagged I'd have been unhappy if we left without having them (esp with a small child & honey BBQ sauce!).
Service was fast and friendly. Burgers, fries, and onion rings are always good and the salad I got was fresh and delicious. Open 24 hours so it's great for late night food.
I met this person named Diana. He was a lovely man. He served me with grace and elegance at 11:30 and then I went to Lowe's. Diana did not come with us. I miss Diana. :(
Awesome food!! Great management team! Drive-thru needs to focus more on the person who is placing order to ensure proper info is put in the kitchen ticket instead of chit-chatting with coworkers, but other than that great service!
Literally been sitting in a one car line(as the second car) for 26 minutes now. Ever since the buy out, the quality of the food has gone down while the wait times have become ridiculous.
This is one of the best Whataburgers around. It is very clean and the employees are constantly work8ng to keep it that way. The employees are very friendly, work hard and enjoy what they do. The service is very fast as well.
Been waiting for curbside order for 30 minutes. No one bothers to check why I am in their spot, even when deleting other orders. Maybe it's time to start going elsewhere.
