I ordered a burger and chocolate shake. The burger was just as cold as the chocolate shake!!! I wonder if the grill is working. I paid 9$ for a cold cut sandwich. I could have found a Subway and got a better deal. The shakes are normally nice and thick— the one that was given to me probably had been sitting out for a while; it was runny and was not cold. Thats my fault for stopping at this location. I wish there was neg stars to give or a contact number to report Whataburger to the health and safety department.
The last 3 days I've come here I've gotten unwelcoming attitudes on top of thatmy order on Friday was messed up came in on Saturday to have it replaced and was given old buns old meet cold fries and somehow they still managed not to make my order right. While my food was old and cold my girlfriends biscuits and gravy was fresh and hot. Tonight I come in and asked for my usual and I was answered with an aggravated sigh and smacking of the lips. I do not know why but this particular shift is absolutely horrible in service why these people have a job I have no clue I work in customer service and sells myself understand the struggles of it so if your going to grave yard shift you have to force the smile and be polite if you can't honestly handle it

my coworkers and I love coming here before work in the morning. We also talk about how outstanding Ms. Pam is. One thing about her is that if you hear “Goodmorning my name is Pam” on the drive thru, not only will you have your food fast and fresh, but your day will also be made because of Ms. Pam’s amazing customer service and positive attitude!! Keep up the good work!!
The food at this location is like any other Whataburger, adequate. The service through the drive thru or curbside is where the problem lies. Incorrect items, missing items and no utensils or napkins is consistently the problem. I have spoke to the manager a couple of times about the issues and he usually blames young and undertrained staff. We all know other Whataburger's that succeed in training and having decent help. The management here needs training or changed. Just give people accurate orders and what's needed to consume items. Not all food is being taken home. Some goes to workers at nearby medical facilities.
I had a crisp Apple Cranberry Salad and my daughter had a Junior combo and Dr. Pepper Shake and fries.My wife had a Patty Melt and fries, with a Dr. Pepper Shake.The services were prompt and professional and the place was clean and spacious.
Needed a place to go to this morning after the continental breakfast at the hotel was out. By the time they refilled it, the line was too long to wait. Pleasant cashier. Order was correct. Would like them to do two chicken strips instead of one on the honey butter chicken biscuit. Seems like that one chicken strip is just not enough. This biscuit also need an extra honey butter as well. Everything else good
Great food but didn't get my fries I ordered. Justice's voice was very friendly and understandable through the order speaker. He was very kind and patient as we made our orders. Thank you Justice
Ordered a chicken strip combo in the drive thru. Got home and there was NO CHICKEN. Went back and they gave me a new order. Frustrating.
I still love my Whataburger but I have to ask the question... why does the unsweetened tea always taste skunky?
