Horrible experience every time. I went through the drive through this afternoon and explained to them the subs for my patty melt being no onions sub American cheese. I get my food and it’s the original way. Its even on the receipt the way that I said it, so how come they can’t get the food right? Cooks have the substitutions in front of them. This isn’t the only time this has happened.
The spicy ketchup was AMAZING... Burger was good. Fries, good. Dr. Pepper milkshake tasted NOTHING LIKE D.P.
Usually this Whataburger does a good job, but tonight, after getting off a 12 hour shift and picking up food for myself and another they decided to miss one of 2 sandwiches in my order.
We live near this whataburger so we come here fairly often. Every. Single. Time...it's a terrible experience. This is the last time we will ever come to this store. I'm not exaggerating when I say, THEY HAVE NEVER, NOT ONCE, NEVER EVER GOTTEN THE ORDER RIGHT. EVER. I would think that would be impossible but apparently for this place it isn't. I'm honestly almost impressed with how bad they are at completing orders. It's like they try to see how bad they can mess up your food or how many items they can forget. I feel.like they have a betting pool in the back for how many things they can get away with not putting in the bag. Tonight was infuriating. We are still actively sitting here waiting for our order to be fixed. The whole experience has lasted an hour now. I am amazed in a bad way. Absolutely done with this location. Never again.
My boyfriend and I decided to get whataburger at 2am and had a super great experience. Justus was super friendly, funny and showed excellent customer service. 12/10 stars ?
Whataburger is a good burger, and recently I've been trying their new green chile bacon burger, and I really like it. That green Chile adds just the right amount of spicy for my tender Colombian palate. Pulls them from3 to 4 stars.
I usually really like Whataburger. But when my family and I went in to eat the whole floor was slippery with grease... from the front counter to the table where we sat. The burger I ordered was pink in the middle. It was a bacon cheese burger with two pieces of bacon and half a piece of cheese. Staff was rude and acted like they wanted us to leave so they could get back to playing. Orange stickers were all over employees backs.
Biggest disappointment of my trip back to texas! Wouldn't even bother going there again, like ever! Only drive-thru open, unable to actually place order directly into the restaurant, intercepted by employee with tablet that did nothing but try to upsell us on everything we tried to order. Once we received our stuff none of it was right and it was cold! Worst Whataburger experience ever! No thank you!
I don't often write a bad review, but in this case I must because I feel the actions of this store are dangerous to customers and employees. I went to this location for the first time and ordered for curbside pickup, not seeing signage for the curbside I fallowed the instructions and waited. After 15min I went in to ask about my food and found out they use the seemingly abandoned parking lot on the other side of the building for curbside. This lot is not lit and the employees must cross both lanes of the drive through to get to it. If you go here do not order curbside for your safety and the safety of the employees.
2021-11-13 The breakfast taquito was tasty, employees friendly, and store very clean.I didn’t notice any Covid-related lack of employees or anything.I’m not finding any egregious shortcomings others are finding, since everything was perfectly acceptable this visit.
