The staff seemed to be burden by us eating inside. The fries were cold and not salted. We went to try the new honey spicy chicken sandwich and it was very disappointing. It was sticky everywhere you tried to touch it, I mean yes honey but omg it was very sticky. The spice was an odd flavor whatever they spiced it with was gross. The only thing I enjoyed about it was the crunchy things on it and I'm not sure what it wasI will not be returning.Wendy's once was really good but I don't think I will be giving any further business to Wendy's.
Horrible service, order was incorrect, they can't speak english. This is the United States not Mexico if you don't know how to speak english please learn how to if not go back to Mexico where you came from because english is the majority language of the US and not spanish. People stay away from this place because they will mess up your order because apparently they can't read or speak english.
I ordered ahead and my order wasn't ready when I arrived. The fries were lacking in flavor. They didn't allow dine in and the dining area was very cold.

I asked for extra chili sauce for my 2 large chili's and they only gave me 3 packets total.
I usually like Wendy's, but this location is incapable of making any deviations from the menu. Don't want mayo, too bad. Ask for onions? Nope! You're lucky if you get the right dipping sauce for your nuggets. Only exception... the drinks. Somehow they get the most complex freestyle order right, but mess up adding onion to a cheeseburger.
We have two, the one in Bryan there is something always wrong there. Like no chocolate frostees or the sign is broken or they don't have what you order. We usually go to the one in College Station, they have what you order, but somethings they can be a little slow.
Haven't had sausage for over a week and the other Wendy's don't have bisquets what's up with that... Can't even get my breakfast anymore..
Failed the fry Guarantee and couldn’t get the store to answer the phone to request fries that weren’t soggy and cold. Two stars for the irony eating Soggy fries out of a container making a promise for fresh fries.
The drive thru was fast which is great my burger was ok but my fries were horrible they were way to salty and they didn’t taste very fresh
