I got a dozen of cookies yesterday. It was a great gift for my daughters(beatifully boxed and warmed for better taste) Melek Berkmen was very patient with me even though I changed my mind two times:)Thank you Melek!

I didn't think the cookies were that special. I certainly won't go back there. The packaging was the most expensive part of the whole thing.
Excellent cookie delivery. Always hot cookies professionally packaged and the staff stands behind their products. Any issues are quickly resolved and calling over the phone you actually get a live person! After dozens of orders, I'm sure I will still make dozens more!
Don't bother spending money on flowers here, mine were delivered with mold on the baby's-breath.
Can't keep up with surge demand and do not allow 3rd party delivery service. Can't cancel order because phone is not monitored only a recording. Email someone and they respond in an hour...how is this customer service again?
