All food was mixed. Cheese and roast beef was in with the turkey. She had to shake it off to put on sandwich. Veggies just as bad. Olives in the onions. Tuna in the olives. Lettuce in with the tomatoes. Mess. If you ask a question they were rude. This one has been going down for awhile. Few weeks ago no white bread.
Good food but it was super uncomfortable and unprofessional that the girl making my sandwich was fired/sent home for asking for help, while making my sandwich. In her defense there were two other workers both seemed to be not busy and five of us in line. I felt like the differences could have been worked out after my sandwich was made.
This store is very understaffed. They always have just one employee behind the counter and it leads to long wait times.
This store has extremely poor management. Puts on a desperate for employees front but will only offer $8 per hour to experienced employees looking to transfer who already make over $10 per hour in a town not even 1/100th of the size of College Station. It's no wonder they are suffering, good luck with this joke of a business.
We are stuck in College Station during the Snowpoclypse. No food for 2 days because everything was shut down. Today we ventured out and found this store open with a very long line and 2 young people working hard. People were impatient and short and the workers just kept going with kindness and professionalism. Soon the manager and another worker came in and helped restock the counter and process orders. We were so thankful to have delicious food during this crazy time. Thank you for being open, thank you for coming to work and putting up with the masses of hangry people. Thank you for being there for us.
Due to the weather they couldn't make what I wanted but they actually upgraded my order as a courtesy. You and your team rock and keep up the great work!
I went to Subway.
Got a sandwich from a young man named Kerci. He was extremely nice and made probably the best sandwich I’ve ever received from Subway. Definitely coming back again.
Chris was great!
The employee making my sandwich was excruciatingly slow. I asked for 2 meats; instead of putting a layer of one meat, then doing the second, he picked apart a slice of meat #1, put it on, set it down, picked up meat #2, picked apart a slice, put it on, set it down, picked up meat #1, picked apart a slice, put it on, then put it down and repeated these steps each time. Five minutes later, I also wanted 2 different cheeses, he proceeded to do the same with the cheese. Finally he finished the meat & cheese and had moved on to vegetables. When putting on the vegetables he started over an inch from one of the ends and continued throughout. This meant that my first 3 bites of one end of my sandwich were just bread. I suppose I could have said something, but it took SO LONG just to get my sandwich made I just wanted to take my sandwich home!Yes, I will be back at that specific Subway, but only because my choices in the area are extremely limited.
