They gave me nothing that I had ordered the cheese wasn’t right there was no sauce when I ordered sauce there was stuff missing and the wrong stuff on it and poorly made! Never had I ever had a sandwhich messed up! Totally killed my vibe and when I called and asked for the manager they told me to call back tomorrow and hung up! Poor service subway!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The worker, Chris, was completely disrespectful. I told him I wanted a pretzel and then decided I wanted a couple more for my mom and husband. He started smart mouthing me saying well you should have said that in the first place. He then started throwing my food around very aggressively. It’s obvious something was wrong. It is Black Friday today so I was thinking maybe he was really busy. But then I got to thinking, I have worked customer service all my life and have worked on Black Friday and have come across very rude customers but never once would I have acted like that. My mom saw how he was acting, as did the other customers so my mom came over and told him he was being very childish and disrespectful. He claimed it was because he had a very long day. The other customers around who have been here before said that this is nothing new and they’re never nice here. I didn’t even want my food anymore but I still paid for it.
I went in today with my wife and I wanted to get a meatball sub. Last time I went to this Subway there was no meatballs, so the first thing I asked the employee who was making my sandwich if they had any; the employee, whose name was Chris, said yes. I told him I wanted a footlong, told him the specific bread, the specific cheese, and meatballs on my sub. Chris, when I said meatballs, says to me with an attitude "I heard you the first time." I don't know if this man was having a bad day or something, but I'll tell you that I do not come to Subway to get someone's bad day taken out on me.Edit: My wife checked our receipt and it turns out they charged us more than what we bought! I ordered a meatball sub! Not teriyaki chicken sub, which is two dollars more! Disgusting customer service.
Nice enough if very inattentive people. Spite every time I have tried to come in. Good is eh as far as subway goes..

Came in today to get a sandwich at 3:15 The older gentleman was very rude acted like he didn't want to be at work and when I asked for cookies he got sarcastic and said now what is it that you want it That's very unprofessional his job is customer service he should treat customers accordingly I was nothing but polite and I felt disrespected
I think the person who waited on me was in training. A couple of mistakes but the sandwich was good.
This is my first unwelcomed experience I've had in all the several times I've stopped to get my sandwich! The employee that was working the counter was very rude...he tossed that toaster pan! He's like he didn't want to wait us! Zach is he's name...I will not stop in again if he is behind the counter!! I didn't put in a order. Bad experience!!
Always good food but their drinks are watered down - lack syrup/flavor.
They had no meatballs for their sub.
