One worker doing everything.Employee Margo was moving at a snails pace and sometimes doing nothing at all. while her co-worker was running around getting everything done.She looked as if she was under the influence and was obviously not capable of working at that moment.It shouldn’t take 25+ Minutes to make a sandwich. That’s ridiculous and why I never eat at subway anymore. Jimmy John’s it is….Additionally a Sand-which shop doesn’t have Swiss cheese? What kind of sandwich shop is this?

The staff were friendly enough, but neither one wore their masks covering their noses. If it's a corporate mandate to wear a mask and they are standing over the my sandwich, I'd really like for them to cover.

The guy was on his phone and got an attitude because I asked if he would wash his hands before putting the gloves on. I used to work there and that was not acceptable when I did work there. We left. They will not get my business today! Especially because of Covid! Wash your nasty hands!

The guy making my sandwich was not wearing a mask and breathing over my food. Complete disregard for public safety. All the customers were wearing a mask...

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean, food was good, prices and wqit time were very readonable.

Awesome dude behind the counter. Short staffed for the time of day but he handled it well.

Giving this place a one star is being generous at that. Upon walking in we were greeted with nothing but rudeness. When my roommate asked for tomato Cindy put mayo all over her sandwich to which my roommate kindly asked her to fix it. Cindy had the audacity to scream at my roommate asking her why she would say mayo even though she said tomato. After finally fixing her mistake, Cindy said "well hope you like mayo on your sandwich!"....when trying to check myself out I politely declined wanting to buy a cookie only to have Cindy say "well geez, just thought I'd ask." To put it simple, Cindy just ain't it. Subway may be a 7/10 but Cindy is definitely a 0/10 after having to deal with her attitude.

If you have any allergies; be aware if ordering online/app FROM THIS LOCATION. I’m giving this one star rating due to major mistakes being made by employees preparing subs off my app order yesterday, while visiting from out of town.I would expect the sandwiches that were made to have correct ingredients, as the app is very clear with its selections. I can only consume natural cheeses such as provolone, mozzarella or swiss. I ordered provolone yet my sandwich contained white american which contains an ingredient that I’m highly allergic to. Not all cheeses are alike!! My mouth and tongue swelled instantly and I became severely sick. This allergic reaction will last for 3-4 days causing nausea/vomiting. My condiments were left off as well, yet that’s the least of my concern.I understand being overly busy yet representing Subway; it gives no excuse for rushing, which I’ll assume was done. Needless to say, I won’t visit this location again. I’ve ordered online from other locations and this has never occurred.
