I made an online order for the wrong location so when I came in my drink wasn’t there, and the barista made me my drink and gave it to me for free. Didn’t get his name but he was blonde and so sweet! Customer service 10/10.
I continue to try to go to this place at least twice a week and it never fails they always make my coffee wrong. I get the sweetest reception they love to get my name and then call me sweetheart and asked me to please pull forward. However when I get to the window I’m always disappointed! They added caramel drizzle to my drink nowhere in my order did I ever mention caramel drizzle nor have I ever desire to have caramel drizzle but guess what it was in both of my coffees this morning. I tried to call to talk to them to tell them I would rather them invest more in making my order correctly then blowing smoke my direction but they don’t answer the phone. I hate to say this but Dutch Bros down the road may just have my business from now on

Great group of people here. Made our drinks quick before a road trip. My youngest dropped his as soon as we got in the car, they made him another one immediately as soon as they realized what happened when I was grabbing napkins.
New, nice and clean. Sunday not too busy drive thru, otherwise you wait a lot for when you decide to actually get out of the car and enjoy your drink inside the shop!
This is the fastest place to get coffee. It only takes them about five minutes to make mine in the drive thru. They are also very friendly and the inside is very aesthetic and clean.
I go to other Starbucks's in town often to study, but every time I go to this Starbucks it is for a drink to go. Each time I have gotten a refresher drink from this location, they DO NOT pay attention to your drink specifications. The first couple of times I did not complain, but after a continuous lack of attention to detail I began to say when my drink was incorrect. There has been few times my drink has been properly made here, but it was when I ordered a simple iced white chocolate mocha. I recommend driving to a different Starbucks to get your drinks.
This is literally the best Starbucks on the planet! This is our Starbucks that we go to every single day and we love it here and these people are literally the best employees you will ever meet in your life thank you so much for being so good to my husband and I!!! Bob and wife!
I absolutely love starbucks! And during this visit I found my long lost favorite barista, Jayden! She is the bomb.com, y'all! So stop on in and give her your custom order! Location is clean and friendly...even got some free coffee grounds for my compost!
Getting my food took way too long. Yeah I know they were busy but when the food prep person is working all by herself RIGHT NEXT to the drive thru window, I really shouldn’t have expected quick service. The management of this store should seriously look at moving the “ovens” away from the drive thru window and put them on the counter next behind and to left of the cash registers; just like every other Starbucks I’ve been in. The young lady did apologize for the wait and I think she was just as frustrated with the delay as I am/was.
