Valeria is the best at making my drinks, best employee you have on staff BY FAR ^_^
I had originally ordered two drinks one I was taking to my grandma in navasota. Not too far but when you get the drink to a lady not feeling well and it’s not right it’s unpleasant. Despite my irritated and most likely unpleasant attitude about the situation the manager on duty was BEYOND nice and professional attitude never faltered. He offered me a refund (which I had asked for) and remake for all the trouble. I received the remake and wasn’t going to get the refund. This morning he was working the drive through window and recognized my order, voice, something and took care of me right then and there. I wish I had gotten his name to properly thank and recognize him for everything. You need more employees that are like this young man. And my doggo appreciated the pup cup even though he was too lazy to ride today?
Showed up to pick up a mobile order, was told they didn’t have it, was asked to show my receipt which I showed that reflected that it was submitted and I was charged. The person said they’d to make it. They then came back and forcefully handed it to us and rolled their eyes in the process. Stellar customer service. Shameful, actually. There was nobody in line behind us and nobody visibly inside, either. I don’t understand the need for having attitude when we were cordial throughout the entire interaction. Perhaps some coaching is in order since this location seems to have low morale and low customer service standards. This wasn’t our first poor experience here, just the one that pushed me to write a review finally.
It was very unique in style come I would say... Staff was very helpful and kind. The place to go!
I don't like posting any negative reviews :( The energy/vibes in that store, plus what the ENTIRE staff emitted, caused me to feel horribly uncomfortable ... as if I were bothering them. I sincerely tried to engage, in hopes of making the employee(s) laugh, or smile @ minimum. To no avail, it somehow became even more ackward. My drink was also incorrect. Granted it's busy; however, that's no excuse. Other locations successfully manage a vast volume of customers, and make certain it's a great experience EVERY time.(Hopefully, this will be read and discussed, carrying a positive affect ~ aiding in creating time to "rally up reinvention" with the staff! :))

Order not correct. Went back and still does not taste correct but no time to go back again. Makes me sad that Starbucks is not uniform in their measurements and I paid $7 for a bad coffee.
Eww... if you are out of earl grey tea bags for a london fog please don't substitute it for royal english breakfast tea bags... I would have ordered something else, my drink is disgusting... thanks. Also it wasn't even sweetened.
Why is it always so slow at this location!! If I get hit by another car because they take there time I will be suing Starbucks. This is absolutely the worst design for the drive thru.
They always get my coffee right!
