I’m not here for the coffee or anything else I just bought. I’m here for the Wi-Fi and it’s not working. No one here seems to be able to do anything about that. Apparently it’s an ongoing problem. I’m trying to imagine what Starbucks the corporation might look like if it focused a little less on being woke and a little more on making sure its branches have working Wi-Fi…
This Starbucks is the best one I have been to. The staff is very friendly and have awesome customer service. When I place a mobile order, they already know who I am!
Ashley at the drive thru today must be protected at all costs. She was incredibly sweet and gave the highest quality service! I’d give her a raise if I were y’all.
First time stopping here on a road trip and we won't go back. The first bathroom had water all over the floor by the toilet, the second bathroom was out of toilet paper, and then I stood at the counter for several minutes with employees walking past me or cleaning machines and no one even acknowledging me. The girl who finally came out to attend me was nice, but it wasn't enough for me to go back.
This Starbucks would be rich if they actually stocked the food items. The most popular items are rarely on the menu. The holiday items were out of stock today. COVID backups are phasing out, and other Starbucks have caught up, but this one trips over itself with inventory being short most of the time.Gave an extra star because the baristas are consistently polite and quick. I've never had a bad customer service experience in the 1+ years I've lived around the corner.
They were absolutely PACKED. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the line inside was so long. I placed the order on the app and it was done in less than 7 minutes. I would highly recommend using the app (it was a Sunday after a gameday) and also having patience. It’s a prime location for those headed out of town! They were very nice and FAST working!!
Went to get a venti tea and waited 35 minutes, called in to see what is the hold up she says because “it’s game day” there was no cars in the front. Worst experience I have had and still did not get my tea when we were driving off they were not busy making drinks and then the line in the drive through was extremely long. The amount of time that they spend chuckling can be spent on making orders.
Stopped by Starbucks on our way home after dinner and my husband found a finger nail in his caramel Frappuccino ? We were so disgusted and disappointed. He didn’t even want to finish his drink So sad because this is the only one by our house which we always go to but after tonight.. we’ll be making the drive to go to one in Bryan.
I love the baristas but the drinks aren’t consistent lately. This has been my favorite location for years so I’m pretty bummed
