It may sound silly but everything about my experience this morning was amazing and allowed me to start my day in a great mood! From the cashier to the barista who handed my my drink, and even other customers around me at the time… everyone was so nice and warming.I also love the pet wall they have inside ?
The baristas are so sweet and welcoming
They are always kind here and work efficiently even if there is a long line. They make the line move very quickly and get you out the door.
Such sweet staff! I don't usually write reviews, but every team member I interacted with went beyond their job duties and were compassionate!

Really disappointed with employees making up rules on the fly. I buy 3-5 cups a day at various stores within 150 mile radius of Houston and if an employee doesn't have an answer they make it up. The Pike refill rule is only that you do not leave the store and return later. It does not say I have to stay half the day or any specified period of time. Most of the stores don't charge me an entire cup to top off the one I just bought.Lousy customer service.
If you’re reading this trying to decide if you should visit this Starbucks before you have somewhere to be, particularly WORK. I wouldn’t recommend you gamble your time here. I have consistently had bad luck when I order ahead online. They either let some one else take your food/drink which is bizarre because I NEVER have this issue with ANY other Starbucks or simply haven’t even started your order. I have yet to see anyone display a MILD sense of urgency while making drinks which leads me to believe they really do not care to waste your time. This annoys me the most because it appears that they have plenty of ppl working at a time usually, but they’re too busy laughing and taking their sweet time. I have had to leave this location at least twice because I’ve waited so long on my drink or food that I would be very late to work. I do not like to waste my time or money and I’ve done that too often at this location. I would NOT recommend.

Always good service. And the employees are always nice.
My wife dropped me here. While she was shopping at Ross and other stores, I was sipping coffee and studying. This place is definetely a woderful place.
