I ordered Brown Sugar Oatmilk with less ice, but I got it with too much ice. THE CURLY HAIR INDIAN FEMALE staff threw it away in front of me with an unpleasant expression, and she made a new one. However, it didn't have layers (it always had layers of brown sugar syrup and milk), and when I tasted it, there was no syrup at all. So I told her that there's no syrup in this drink, but she said that she added syrup five times and refused all services. Five times? I was sure she made a mistake or she was telling lies. She just kept saying she added syrup and repeated she would not do any service.I was so angry that I said I would never come again, and she responded "DON'T COME HERE." Wow! (She deserves to be fired there.)I was so offended that I threw the coffee away. She was really the worst. I was a regular here, not anymore.
