The customer service here is insane and the girls who are there in the morning deserve a raise ? They know the names of SO many of the regulars and what they order. They say hi and bye to you every time. They are fast, the coffee is great as always.I'm just clearly shook at how phenomenal of an experience I get everytime I come here.It's my absolutely favorite location in College Station and will definitely keep coming back! ?

I absolutely LOVE this location! I've been going to this location on and off for about 5 years now (I've moved to and away from Aggieland two times in this amount of time), and every time, this location has the friendliest staff. I've even gotten to the point where they know me by name, and they always ask how I'm doing when I walk in the door. Such a joy to go to this place! I highly recommend getting your coffee here.
This location is right on my way to work , so it's been my regular store for several months now. I usually order ahead of time on the app, but lately I've been having trouble with the app either not sending my order at all or creating duplicate orders so I get charged twice. This morning I was charged twice but when I called the store, they had not received the order. The manager, Matt, was very understanding about the situation and told me to come anyway and he'd help me in store. He had already warned the baristas, so when I arrived they started making my order without hesitation and Matt helped me to refund the duplicate charge. The whole crew was kind, helpful, and handled the situation seamlessly.
The drive thru line literally did not move for 10 minutes, and I waited TO ORDER for a total of 30 minutes. Two vehicles left during that time. After taking forever to even get to the speaker, there’s a sign taped there saying they were only taking orders with soy milk and coconut milk due to short supply. That’s TOTALLY FINE, but maybe put a sign out further down the line before customers wait for 30 minutes JUST to find out their menu item isn’t supplied. I’ve always gone inside before and never had a wait, but the drive thru is unacceptable.

They just lost myself and my husband as regular customers. We were waiting in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and then a young man, employee, came out and put a cone in front of our vehicle, blocking us from moving forward. He apologized and said they have to close immediately serving the customer in front of us as the last customer. They weren't even up to the order board yet either. I have been a manager at Universal Studios and have extensive experience with closing lines and what starbucks did was absolutely incorrect. I know the young man was just doing what he was told, its not his fault. But management should have told him to cut off the line with the last customer who is already in line, before anyone else comes. And as the line moves forward, he would walk with the cone behind the last vehicle continously keeping any new customers from getting in line.
