Usually a hit or miss. Was a horrible miss today. Waited for 20 minutes for my coffee-- went up to ask about it and they made it in front of me in less than two minutes. Please do better, no hate just love but for real that was bad.
Usually they don't understand you at once when you say your order. It takes unnecessarily long time to wait on the queue
Are always closing at 11:30 when they’re supposed to close at 12. Especially during finals week?????????? Unacceptable.

It would take you less time to walk to the Zachry Starbucks and get a drink than it would to wait in line and get one here. I've been utterly spoiled by the speed of the other to the point where this one is at a snail's pace that can't be overlooked.
I had hot green tea and guess what? The water was “unfiltered”. YES Starbucks, we can know that.
Pike Place Need I Say More
Love it. Clean, lots of seating, baristas are kind but efficient. Wide range of menu items. The possibilities are endless if for customizing a drink. Breakfast items are the only downside, as I've found many of the hot items to sometimes come out cold or lukewarm in the middle.
