Me and my roommates have given this location many chances. They always only mix the toppings on the top of the cup and leave the bottom half bland as hell. This time we specifically asked for extra toppings mixed all the way through. When they gave it back it smelt like I threw up in the tipsy turtle bathroom and somehow made it to the corner. Absolutely do not go here.
Service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and there was very little egg, 1 strip of bacon, and a small dollop of cheese. This is the only thing I consistently order at sonic and this is by far the worse one. I feel the cook just scraped was was left from other orders and put them on a tortilla.Here I sit at the Welborn Rd. Sonic Drive-In steaming mad! My son returned from a Sonic run with three cups of basically vanilla ice cream that they claimed to be Blast mix-ins. I drove back to the store to get it straight with the manager. He assured me there were plenty of mixins in there so I asked him to show me. That's him showing me in the picture - take a look and you be the judge. Then he gave me another set of exactly the same thing and explained that's how they make them. Again, look at the ad and you be the judge. So now I have eaten them I can assure you their recipe includes very little Reese's cup or Oreo in there. I write this to encourage you to not stand for being ripped off. As much as these treats cost remember you have a right to get your money's worth so please complain if they treat you like they did me. Sadly, the store really does not care but I do and I will not be doing business there in the future. What's been going on for quite awhile could be false advertising, as these photos depict. There is no need to mention quality of meat or preparation, as the ad suggests strongly the presence of vegetables ... which never seem to appear and "the pickle" if present is a slice hidden somewhere. I would say this IS a deal if delivered as per photo, meat succulent and waiting a minimum BUT there's no deal here, burger fans, sorry for you this was a sorry deal to never repeat after 2 attempts in allowing them to prove themselves. They are out to cheat you. 20-something manager explanations include "out of meat", "must ask for veges (at extra price)", can't substitute instock double patties for single larger one inferred, then resorts to repeating self. No offer to make it right, discounts bait to lure customer back to try again, broken record retorts continue w/o ear, compassion, solutions. BTW, what others do to move a slow pickup line is to move the gabby, special orders, long waiters up away from the pickup window NOT continue to allow them to distract while you process orders behind them. Some there for only drinks might get a runner out to them early but still have to figure out how to get out of line past the bumper in front of them, while the rest of us wait to move up to the window. Brain power not at work here. TV ads suggest Sonic has lots to offer. This stagnant menu never seems to change. Specials/deals and new TV items do not appear, so your memory must serve + as the manager will explain, you also have to remember the rules as to which item has which options, which must be mentioned on the fly, if not offered through the speaker.
I ordered my usual blue raspberry slushy with nerds and when I got my order I took a sip and noticed that there weren’t any nerds and opened the lid to confirm my suspicions. Clearly, there were not any nerds in my slushy so I asked the lady at the window if they had put any in it and she gave me the most horrible attitude and said “yes, they’re blended in the slushy” while looking at me in absolute annoyance and then shut the window in my face when I was going to tell her thank you. I honestly didn’t want to argue so I just left, but the attitude she had was not one that someone working in the food industry should have.
Great place, routinely order with the app when this is my destination...good food and good service.
We waited 40 minutes for our food. They came to my car. Twice with other people's food. Then the third time they brought most of my food but forgot a few things. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for that. Definitely wasn't the best experience.
Looking out the car window, listening to 70’s rock, waiting for route 44 dc. What could be better?

So this past month I have been here a few times, each time the order has been wrong, sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea, French toast sticks not cooked all the way, centers were raw and doughy, half the time they give you your drink there is good on it or either sticky. I kept going back thinking maybe it was a fluke but this place isn’t what it used to be.
They got my order correct but I received COLD FRIES. I HATE COLD FRIES. I guess I'll order no salt from now on and then ask for salt packets just so I can get hot french fries.
Every single time I go to this location they always mess up my order. I always get a shake or a blast and there's been a couple times they gave me the wrong order or put my order in wrong.
