They took forever on our order and were very rude when we asked about it. Honestly wouldn’t go here ever again.

They refused to make a sonic blast 12 minutes before they closed. They stated that they would only serve sundaes because it was too late. If you close at 11, serve until 11. Not 10:48.
The food is good, service was not as good I was waiting for a 5 min for the girl to come back with ketchup? and still didn't get it so I drove away

I had given up on Sonic after some less than desirable experiences, but moved to a new area and decided to give this one a chance. I’ve been several times now, always order specialty drinks on the app, and continue to be satisfied. The service has always been timely, friendly, and professional. Employees like Java and Adrian are to thank; y’all have changed my mind about Sonic!

Service was less than we expected by our order taker. She seemed very unhappy to have customers with a negative attitude. Part of our order was not delivered, which the manager brought out. His friendliness is the only reason we rate our experience with 3 stars. Hopefully, he will be able to motivate his team to be thankful to have customers in the future
