Our family and friends just had the best Memorial Day dining experience! We had 9 adults and a 1 year old. We had great appetizers, healthy and tasty lunches and yummy desserts- not to mention the wonderful cocktails. In addition to the amazing food, our service was on point. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. We were made to feel like we were the only ones there, even with an “at times” fussy baby.
We waited 45 minutes for our entrees. There were several tables open so it didn’t seem that there was a reason for the slow kitchen. The manager then came out and apologized to two tables next to us but not us. When we asked our waitress as to why she said that we didn’t seem upset. We were not upset at the wait time but rather the lack of consistency from the manager. The food had good taste but overall we probably would have spent the same amount at a different restaurant for better food and service. They were also out of gumbo which our waitress suggested we go to razoos next door if we want gumbo…probably should have taken that offer and left at that point. Won’t be going back.
Very slow service. Cocktails were nice but not up to the price charged. When placing order, were offered a side dish, but did not indicate it was not Included. Main courses were well prepared. Desert poor. Asked for an expreso coffee and was served a pot of American coffee...
Had a great experience with our server Micheal Ruiz! He was very informative with my questions about the menu, and had great recommendations. Drinks we perfectly crafted! Food came out perfect and was exactly as expected. I recommend this for a nice night out a change from the ordinary.
Michael was my server and was amazing! His suggestive selling definitely resulted in me spending significantly more than I anticipated. My wife and I can’t wait to return and see Michael.
We celebrated a graduation dinner here for a friend and Michael was our server. The service was wonderful and the recommendations were amazing. The food is always good, especially the Ahi Tuna Tartare and the sirloin!
I hosted my graduation dinner here and Michael was the best server ever! He took excellent care of us and recommended an amazing bottle of wine! The food was delicious and the staff amazing! Will definitely be retuning whenever I visit college station
Michael was my server on New Year’s Eve. He was absolutely astonishing. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. I had a question about a couple items on the menu and he instantly knew the details to answer everything. He recommended fantastic items. When it came to beverages, he had us covered. He picked the perfect pairing with every item we ordered. I was even offered the most fantastic desserts. I will absolutely recommend this restaurant to my friends. I was completely taken care of and I felt like Michael went out of his way to make my experience even better. What a great day.
My family and I had a very good time here. The food and drinks were very delicious. I like their wide selection of drinks. You are able to infuse a custom one or select from one of their selection. We had a lot of the key lime pie desert drinks and boy was that very good. Tasted just like the pie itself with the drizzle and graham crackers on the rim. It is a pretty high dollar place, but I would recommend to others
Atmosphere is cute. Servers are absolutely wonderful. Food is lack luster. The risotto has too much butter and is undercooked. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The 30 dollar steak is just an over tenderized mid grade cut BUT was cooked well. The calamari is incredibly thin, chewy and a small serving but the dip is nice. The chicken lollipop appetizer is very obviously cooked at the beginning of the day then recooked for serving which gives it an off after taste and a weird rubbery texture on the skin instead of crunchy. The alcoholic drinks are well done but the lack of variety is a shame unless you like infused Vodka, they have a ton of that. The music was modern but a smidge loud. The mashed potatoes are nice, the broccoli is just steamed with some pepper and the mushrooms are rubbery due to over cooking. Seems like a place over hyped due to a fun menu and atmosphere without the chef to actually execute the food well.
