Really hate to leave this review but I can’t take it anymore. First, Shipley’s has the best doughnuts anywhere, and I have been going to this location for years, but I don’t / can’t recommend this location anymore. The guy working the inside counter always seems irritated when I place an order, and the girl working the window is as unpleasant as possible. Further, when I use the drive through, they get my order wrong most of the time; not to mention the fact that the drive through line is always incredibly long and not worth the wait. [However, the guy working the drive through (outside), taking orders on his cell phone, is an A+ human being; he is the ONLY person that makes this Shipley’s tolerable. Unfortunately you still have to deal with everyone else, and it’s unbearable.] While I will probably still use this location, as it’s the only one around and it wins by default, I can’t tell anyone else that it is worth it.

Friday wouldn’t be Donut Friday if it weren’t for Shipley’s @Greens Prairie Road!!!!! ❤️ And Ms. Amanda is the best! She always greats us with a smile! My son looks forward to seeing her and having the best donuts in town every Friday before school!
the manager from bryan be stealing i do not recommend theres a post about a girl that lost her airpods n tracked them down to managers house smh yall need to hire better employees specially if yall make them manager

The girl who normally works the drive thru is pretty rude. She has some of the worst customer service I've ever received and will go to another location other than the one in South College Station.
The best donuts ever. Imho. I love their Bear Claws and their Twists.
The staff was really friendly and was joking around with my son which made him feel good! He thought it was neat the employee had a conversation with him.
Waited in line at drive thru arriving before closing time. Arrived at window at 1 pm and was told we’re closed. Was really looking forward to a donut.
