I went through the drive through and ordered a small roast beef sandwich and unsweetened iced tea. 10 minutes later, when I opened the bag, I got to enjoy a really good ham sandwich. That's the 2nd time I've been there and the same thing happened last time. I wonder if they will make me a roast beef sandwich if I order a ham sandwich? Not sure if I will try again - I mean, I really like roast beef sandwiches.
Very rude manager. I ordered an original on gluten free bread and they handed me an original on sour dough. This was ridiculous because I had told drive thru I had a gluten allergy and that it was very important that nothing that touched gluten touched my sandwich. But yes, I understand orders get messed up, I've worked in food before. The only reason I'm writing this is because of how rude the manager was. When she handed me my food I opened it to make sure it was what I ordered. I saw that it wasn't gluten free so I was a bit upset but just asked for a new sandwich. She told me she couldn't do that because she "didn't like my attitude." So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she was a short, heavy set Hispanic women. I think she was wearing a purple shirt but I cant remember. This was just an absolutely ridiculous experience and I'll definitely never be coming to this location again.
First time in years I was able to eat here. The person taking our order was just ok & not very thorough. This was surprising, since this location is in AGGIELAND. We usually receive excellent service. Anyway, we split the turkey avocado sandwich. It was good, large & plenty for two. Limited soft drink variety & crumbs on our booth table, before we sat down. Bathrooms ok, but could be cleaner. I guess my expectations were too high. Will skip eating here again, next time we're in town.
I have never been here before. I walked in order a sandwich with JUST turkey, Mayo, lettuce cheese, & jalapeños. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich with JUST turkey, bacon, lettuce & onion. Before he went and made my sandwich I looked at my receipt and it didn’t say Mayo on mine so I went up and asked him to make sure there is Mayo on it bc I didn’t see it on the receipt. He said yeah there will be Mayo.I got my sandwich. There was tomato and the littlest bit on Mayo on mine like they tried to scrape it off. On my boyfriends there was Mayo, cheese, & tomatoes that he didn’t ask for. This guy does not know how to follow directions. What if one of us were allergic to one of those things
Food was overpriced. Not very good. And they gave it to me in a bag that was soaking wet so when I got home and tried to take the food inside, it all fell out through the bottom. Not satisfied

Called and placed my pick up order over the phone. Got to the restaurant and parked in the curbside. When I called to get my order, I was told they couldn’t take my payment over the phone and since their lobby was closed, my only option was to go through the drive thru that had 12+ cars in it. I asked if someone could come out and take my credit card but that wasn’t their policy. And if I had waited in the drive thru, my sandwich would have been sitting there for half an hour. I left without my food and will not be going back. Horrible customer service!
Lobby closed so y'all lost my business to Subway. Can't fit a trailer through your drive thru. Not the first time
I want a really good sandwich a really nice Schlotzsky's sandwich that's the place to go the cinnamon buns everything there is gooda, the one in College Station not really for sure about any other Schlotzsky's restaurant but the one there in College Station on Harvey Mitchell in front of College Station Walmart that's Schlotzsky's believe in customer service don't go in yelling just talk they're there to help they are awesome they are normal people, with good food and dessert
Loved their sandwich,,but you never know if your going to get ample amount of avocados or near none..
