Me nor my boyfriend got what we asked for. When someone asks for a sandwich that has ONLY these ingredients then it’s supposed to be ONLY those ingredients. Not oh they ordered a turkey give them everything that is supposed to go on there and the other stuff they asked for charge them as add ons. A JUST turkey, Mayo, cheese, & jalapeños sandwich Isn’t supposed to be a Turkey, onion, cheese, Mayo, tomato, lettuce & jalapeño sandwich. My boyfriend can’t stand hot cheese on sandwiches and he didn’t ask for cheese, guess what he got… cheese.We literally had to pick everything off the sandwich and make it again ourselves.
Excellent service! Food was great and workers was very kind. My dear friend Karan was waiting on his food for an additional 15-20 minutes after I received my order (we both ordered right after each other). After he asked about the delay, one of the employees acknowledged an error in processing the order and swiftly brought the food to our table within just a few more minutes. Karan's meal was refunded fully (without him even asking) and he got two free cookies as well. While it was a simple gesture, I greatly appreciate the employees at this Schlotzsky's and they will be receiving business from the MEDSCHOOLBOIZ in the future :)
Always a delicious sandwich but I had a specifically great experience with Connor who was an outstanding worker! He even showed me how to use the Schlotzsky’s app and make it even easier to get my favorite meal.
Being yelled at for not having a mask when people eating don’t have a mask on and you’re just picking up a to go order is stupid and wrong. Will not be eating here any time soon.

The food is great but it is ridiculous to close the store at 8pm while students are in town. Just a waste in my opinion.

Not making my day lots better by deciding not to sell sour cream and onion chips and did not putting up any sign stating that they are not selling sour cream and onion chips especially when you come in from the city of Bryan all the way to college station which is across town to get a turkey original style with sour cream and onion chips because they go together really well putting miles on my car for nothing and at the over-inflated price of y'all sandwiches you could provide some sour cream and onion chips I can go to Subway and get more sandwich than what y'all offer for a meeting
