Much different & better than when I was there decades ago!
Great variety of food, super clean, and everyone was super nice.
Staff is cheerful and very friendly. Our family attended NSC this week and Chef made a special order chicken tender & fry meal for my youngest. Thank you, Chef Leo for making my kiddo smile!
Sbisa food has this pattern. Sometimes it is really good and week later…meh but again, it gets better!
The breakfast is really good, but the omelette lady rations out her eggs and only lets you have 4, I thought the dining hall was all you can eat.
They often run out of everything , resorting to paper plates, bowls and cups. The paper bowls are way too small to hold a reasonable salad. Sbisa has been open for years, how the hell do y'all run out. Hire more dishwashers, buy more food for reserve, its unbelievable and unacceptable.

This is what the bathrooms are like here; see the attached photo. And this could not be wiped off. I recommend staying away.
Lots of selection, not much flavor.
It hasn't changed in 35 years. The golden corale of Texas A&M.I was sick afterwards. Guess the old guts can't take the bad food anymore.
