The server was great. He was genuinely nice. Fried mushrooms were good. The baked potatoe soup was great. The ribeye wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The cut seemed smaller than expected. It was cooked just right, but the flavor was typical marinade. I expected to taste more of the steak than the marinade but it was the opposite. It was a little pricey as dinner for 2 was $110. Overall it was a good experience and GREAT service.
We highly recommend. Waitress was wonderful. Food was excellent. Juicy steaks and great salad. A smile at the door when you walked in.

Excellent as always! Stuffed jalapenos with shrimp, crab, and cheese were incredible. Shrimp cocktail was very nice. House salad and Caesar salad were fresh and delicious. Steaks were perfectly cooked medium rare, mashed potatoes and smoked Mac and cheese were divine. Cocktails were on point and the service was impeccable. Several servers swarming around the table and attending to every need possible. This place is text book perfect and that is exactly why I continue to return time after time.
Everything was perfect 10-10 food was super delicious from the appetizers to the main course are waiter Dalton was very helpful since it was are first time at saltgrass he went all out and beyond to make sure we had a great experience if you are in the mood for a good steak or just to have a nice spot to hang out and have a cold one Saltgrass is the spot ! Keep up the good work guys.!
Even though this is a steakhouse, I got the salmon and asparagus and they were incredible. I love their baked sweet potato, too. Our server Helen was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly and welcoming. She really helped make my father in-law’s birthday dinner special.
Rattlers for appetizer was good. Chicken tortilla soup not so good. I ordered the blackened redfish and it was delicious and my husband said his steak was good. Service was just okay, we were pretty much the only people in the restaurant. Our server took our order, then once food came out we only saw her again when she brought the check. My drink was empty for the last 20 minutes and she never came around to see if I needed another one. She brought the check without asking if we were done. We probably won't be going back to Saltgrass in CS anymore. There are way better restaurants in the area for the price.
Great place with great food and awesome service
I went in for dinner and was seated promptly. The service was excellent. Saltgrass is not a high end steak house but it delivers a good quality meal at a moderate price. Easy to find and easy parking.
Ordered a lunch bacon wrapped Steak. The bacon strips were bigger that the steak. Love your food Saltgrass but I think I will find another restaurant!
