Rev's American Grill is like the Walmart version of Whataburger except the line is always absurdly long and the workers are very unhelpful and they are constantly out of menu items and drinks and condiments. The thing that pushed me to make this review though is that they sold me a chicken tenders meal after saying that is the only thing they are serving, and forgot to mention that they are out of toast and gravy, so I had to pay full price for half a meal and they didn't even mention they were out until they gave me my food. I can get over them running out of stuff, but I am very unhappy that they sold me food that I never received.
I understand running a reduced menu when understaffed, but not charging people full price without telling them about missing items. My roommate and I both got 3 finger combos (because nothing else on the menu was even available). The cashier was happy to tell us all the combos that weren’t available, but didn’t mention that we wouldn’t get any gravy or toast with our combo (which we PAID FOR!) The food here is never good, and I only come when everything else is closed. Walk to McDonald’s for cheaper and somehow better tasting food.
No Ice, warm fountain drinks, no carbonation in drinks, order said it should have gravy and non came with it, also said they were only serving tenders and steak fingers :(
Very average burgers, fries are not great but normally are served hot.
They used to be pretty good before fall 2021. But now it’s pretty bad. Serving sizes are smaller. It’s either cheese or veggies but not both on burgers, which is crazy. Fries are still good ig. Overall not worth it.
I like going to rev's. It's a reliable restraints to get some good food at. Depending of the time, it could be rather busy, but the service is rather quick all things considered.

Decent food, decent prices, friendly staff
I paid $12 for a tasteless burger and fries. Then I am charged $.75 for ranch, but ranch is free on a $8 salad
Relatively high priced for what you get, but conveniently located in the student center. Food is tasty and staff is friendly.
