Love my Raising Cane's. There was a black man cleaning the dining area who is so beautiful he should be modeling. He was so polite that when they were out of large cups he offered to put it in a water bottle for me. I laughed and said that is okay. He dumped a water and filled it with tea for me and ran out after me. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not believe I have EVER been so impressed with an employees desire to make this customer happy.
Explain to me how in the world downsizing a meal from the normal drink to a small drink should cause the meal to cost more?Alone this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I have come here many times ordering this, so I can carry the smaller drinks in my moped, and nobody thought to mention that I'm just being made to pay more for literally less?I understand that protocol is protocol, but this is just dumb. Sorry, wish I could put 0 stars on principle.Additionally, didn't receive the extra canes sauce that I *also* paid for today.I am incredibly disappointed by all of this. I've been a semi regular customer for a while, but this has honestly discouraged me from ever coming here again.

It was actually my first time trying Cane's chicken & I really enjoyed it! The Box Combo (4 chicken strips, coleslaw, curly fries & a drink) was great value for money. The fries were just OK, but the chicken strips with sauce was tasty. Initially my meal was served without the small coleslaw, so I had to go to the front to ask for it. But the staff was quick to apologize & promptly gave me the coleslaw.
The food is consistently good, the service is usually good as well, and they move the line along quickly. The only challenge they seem to have is catering orders for pick up. Whether you place your order 1 day or 1 week in advance, you still need to call day of to remind them to get it packed up for you.
went a few times in the past weeks and the chicken is just so small it’s honestly not even worth it anymore. Definitely will not be going here anymore.
Idk who needs to hear this, but putting someone on drive-thru duty who either doesn't speak or speaks so softly you can't hear them, is poor customer service. I just got yelled at for repeating myself to a person who didn't even acknowledge anything I was saying. Lol.
I have never encountered a problem with my order at any location I have visited. Always clean dining room and restrooms.
The chicken finger was very dry, not tasty and thin cut. In comparison to Chick-fil-A, their chicken is always thick and moisture and tasty. Sorry I won't come back ever again
