They cannot get your Order right. They act like you're Not Welcome Here when they speak to you when you Order your Meals. I won't be back! Not friendly at all. Food wasn't very good either. NO LIDS for Drinks either!!! The one next to Shell Station in Bryan is even Worse than this one while closing the Window down whenever they feel like it. And tell you while you are in your car. Ridiculous and been this way since before the Pandemic. They need to think about just giving Chicken away for how they treat you. I don't know how they stay in Business!
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is the third time that I’ve attempted to eat here. The first two times I was in line for 30 minutes and never made it to place my order so I just left. This time I stuck it out for 20 minutes to have them say they were out of almost everything on the menu no chicken no fish no fries no barbecue sauce. I feel sorry for the employees having to tell the customers everything they were out of. I wouldn’t have even opened up today being out of all that stuff. If they’re waiting on a delivery then wait for the delivery but don’t put your employees and your customers through that
While the food itself was good quality and not sketchy, the service was HORRIBLE and took forever to get my food. I was in the drive through line only behind two other cars and it took me roughly 30 minutes to get my food. When I was waiting at the order box after I ordered, a long time later (before I moved), the employee asked me again what I wanted to order showing she wasn't paying any attention to what was going on in the drive thru line. She could see the line hadn't moved either since she was the one handing out the food!! I could also see them talking inside the whole time while I was waiting forever for my food to be made. I love popeyes food, but NOT worth the wait at all. Usually I don't leave reviews but this just made me so frustrated!
Feel so bad about the last vist on Feb 12. This store is so strange, they always ban people from entering their restaurant. So you can't order and pick up inside, the only thing you can do is drive through waiting in a so long line. The funny thing is, after you have waited for 20 minutes, and it is your turn to order, they suddenly told you they ran out of almost everything. Why don't they post a sign showing what food they have currently at the entrance?Their attitude was also too bad! I don't understand why the telephone operator was laughing after I speak!
Horrible customer service would be ok if the food was good. Burnt mac & cheese, barely any gravy on the mashed potatoes. Condensation in each container (looks refrigerated). Chicken was under par, dry and only slightly battered. Ear here only if you feel lucky and have about 45min to wait in the drive thru.
Waited in line for 20-30 minutes to be told they are out of everything and only have spicy chicken. I can understand being out of things but they could have at least had a sign or something. Line was wrapped around the building and they were just letting people wait forever just to drive off. I really like their chicken and sandwiches but service is horrible. Don't make people wait 30 minutes to be told we have nothing.
Everything was dirty and disgusting. Overflowing trash cans. Angry employees. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before leaving. Terrible experience. Watched 3 other cars leave. Never saw any food leave the kitchen.

Tried calling them to discuss but they disconnected their phone apparently and I'm not driving back up there right now.
Man, do I love that chicken from Popeye's. I just hate this location. They've got a horrible parking lot for drive-through and they keep closing the dining area so it's essentially a drive-through only restaurant. I think you can see where I'm going.Good luck getting in and out of the drive-through, because that's your only option most of the time. I keep trying this location because I like Popeye's chicken, but I never sit less than 20 minutes in the line. Maybe their business model is that they only want people who are really dedicated to get the food.
