Love that Spicy Chicken sandwich, hate the narrow drive-thru lane
I’ve gone to this location twice and both times I waited in line for a long time and wasn’t given an item I ordered. Both times I’ve gone were opening night months ago and tonight around 30-45 minutes before closing so I’m unable to go back to get it in time and their phone number doesn’t work. Just don’t waste your time, energy or money. ?
Food met expectations but the workers did not. Had to wait for a good minute at the counter before someone finally acknowledged my presence by saying someone would be up there to help me in a minute. Dining room was disgusting. I could have cleaned and sanitized it while I waited to place an order. Every table was covered in crumbs and drink stains. For that reason, I would recommend the drive thru instead, but it's so narrow nothing larger than a mini Cooper can fit through it without risking blowing out a tire on the curb. And although it isn't a very big deal, instead of napkins, they just gave me one wad of brown paper towels torn off of a roll.

There was a long line but I didn’t mind waiting. I got to the speaker and the guy on the other end was the funniest guy ever! Definitely made me laugh! Service was slow but that happens sometimes and I didn’t really mind it. The Chicken and Mac & Cheese tasted amazing.
Food is great but they are always out of something. This time they were all out of cokes, last time they didn’t have lids, the time before that they barely had an side options. How hard is it to prepare. And they take forever. Can’t even call it fast food at this point.
First time at any Popeye's in over 5 years. Decided to give this location a try. I got the 2 piece leg and thigh through drive-thru. When I got home it was a leg and breast. This also happened to my friend last week at same location. Service was fast and friendly but they need to work on getting orders correct. Someone needs to learn the difference.

Friendly, courteous, fast service at a fast food restaurant. What are the odds? The young lady in the Drive-Thru did a great job on all the above as well as being thorough and getting the order correct the first time around. When we got home everything was exactly as ordered and exactly how we expected it to be. Great job to the crew working today
I'll be honest. Typically Popeye's restaurants are a total miss. The service is usually bad and very slow, with a messy store to go with it. I was pleasantly surprised to see the store was clean. The food was also out fast and hot. The service was even friendly. I almost forgot I was at a Popeye's.As we ate, one of the workers had a seizure.. I was happy to see his coworkers willing to help him. And if this review is seen, I hope you are okay. All in all I would go back here again. :)
