Placed an order for delivery, they took my info and my card number, plus 7 dollar tip, got text from my bank of transactions. When pizza arrived delivery boy wanted payment, called papa John's to see what was going on. They told me that my order had been changed to another papa johns and I would have to pay for this pizza and my other money would be returned in a few days, blamed it on my bank. No I did not pay twice, nor did I get pizza. Will never order from papa John's again.
Terrible TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had called papa johns last night at 10:30 10/22 for delivery. When i called i was sent to a call center. Waited an hour and a half and finally called to see where the pizza was. Spoke to whatever manager at university location (male) who was very rude and dismissive. Finally he agreed to credit us for the next day because the delivery we were wanting was at rock prairie location and they were closed. He said he would make a note and there would be a credit and to call rock prairie. Today 4:20. Call rock prairie, no credit plus JAMES was extremely rude!!!! I had manager from university on the phone as well. She explained the saw the order but there was no credit given but sees the delivery was never made. Rock prairie manager said he would deliver but said “IM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE.” *click* Female manager from university made everything right. Understands the system has flaws and understands customer service. JAMES at rock prairie needs a lesson in customer frustration when you decide to outsource calls and needs to learn not to be such a jerk!!!
Just got our pizza from door dash and this is what it looks like. From restaurant experience, this should have never been out in a box. Literally missing half a pizza. I called 6x and pressed 5 like it told me and it would repeat the same message every time. Never had a problem before but I definitely want a refund on this pizza. This is not okay.

It would have been a whole lot better if the delivery guy hadn’t sent me a bunch of threatening text messages, called me racist and then used fake Google accounts to put bad reviews on our page. Every other time, the service was great!
I got off work a little later than expected(around9:45-10pm) so I just went ahead and ordered a small pizza for delivery, it said it was 59-69 for it to be delivered, no big deal. I go to check on the status of my order and it says “order has been canceled”. would’ve been nice to of been contacted to let me know it was getting canceled or if they asked me if I could come pick it up, since takeout does end at 11:40pm per the internet.
Always have a good experience can never go wrong with Papa John
Food was okay i guess. I was cold but the fact of being bothered for more of a tip after i left one after I added one to my online order and made it feel like if I wasn't offering more money. My food wouldn't be delivered. Since when do employees hussle customers for a tip? Very unprofessional.
We ordered wings, pizza, and garlic knots and it all tasted great.
Ordered four pizzas to be delivered to the sand volleyball courts at Central Park on a Saturday. The pizzas were really good. They put a lot of cheese on their pizzas, which I love, and the sauce is just right. On the meat-lovers I ordered, they loaded it up really well. I also ordered for the pizzas to be delivered at a specific time, later in the evening. 10 minutes before that time, the delivery guy showed up out there. TL/DR: really good pizza, prompt delivery.
