I wanted to let y’all know Samantha is an amazing manager when it comes to handling customers. She went above and beyond after a very couple of frustrating days. I appreciate that she not only helped but she did it with a smile on her face even when i wasn’t the easiest to handle. She’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to Papa johns.
They gave our two pizzas to a different customer and had to wait in my vehicle for 15 minutes until 2 new pizzas were made. And on top of that they didn't feel like they had to reimburse me for time I had to wait for 2 pizzas that should have been ready when I went up there. The on site manager was rude to me when I asked if they were going to at least do that for their mistake but he didn't. Never order from this location if you want your order on time. And I have to at least give 1star for this to post my frustration.
I don’t know what has happened to Papa John’s but it is absolutely awful now. Recently I ordered a pizza and it arrived late and cold. I filled out the survey they sent and they apologized and offered a free pizza in return. This pizza is not actually free because you still have to order $13 more to get food delivered to you. Fine. Whatever. So I ordered again last night. What a huge mistake. A couple of hours after eating I was throwing up. Today everyone else that ate any was complaining of severe gastrointestinal distress. We have all been so sick today. It has been awful. I wish I could have my hard earned money back for all this suffering. Do not order from here unless you are willing to gamble your health.
I got exactly what I ordered over the phone when I arrived, finished on time, and tasted great! The manager is awesome. Very nice guy. Promote him asap!
Love Papa John's, but the service at the university location definitely needs work to say the absolute least! As I Paid for my pizza they asked my name, manager said alright it will be ready in a second. Employee boxes a pizza as we spoke, looks up at me and sets the pizza on the shelf. I what 15 minutes, a drive walks in ask my name and hands me the pizza that had been setting there the whole time. I made my complaint to the manager who took my order. Simply said I'm sorry and walked away not addressing the Employee or the situation at all!
The papadias are great...if they make them right. I am so tired of getting the philly cheesesteak papadia with almost nothing in it. Essentially I am eating crust. Stop trying to save on your food costs by shorting my food. I'm done ordering them from this location.

Been waiting for my pizza for 2 and a half days. Starting to think it’s never coming
They never delivered it they said they called me and when I call back and they told me they called 6 times when I told them I didn't receive a phone call they hung up the phone and would not answer me saying that I was yelling I was not yelling I was upset that they kept hanging up the phone all I wanted to know what are you refunding the food I didn't get never go to Papa John's if I could I would give them no Stars!
