Good food, quick service despite busy lunch rush
The food has always been pretty great. However, the staff, one person in particular named Ana, is ALWAYS rude to customers. She would take cups out of customers hands for trying to get water out of the soft drink station. She is softer spoken and gets very irritated and yells to customers when they can't her/understand her.

Good fast food on campus.
Ordered and prepaid for $60 order this last Monday. Website said open until 10 pm. Went to pick up order at 6:15 pm. THEY HAD BEEN CLOSED for 15 minutes. Complained to Corporate. XERO response. Just lost my $60. It's now four days later. Not a single word.
Rude customer service. Spoke to Ana after about 5 minutes of standing there waiting while she laughed with coworkers and ignored the line. She then proceeded to treat me like a disturbance and I was interrupting her time. Any question I asked was responded with a disrespectful attitude. Many items on the menu such as the brown rice are things that Ana said they don’t make which I don’t understand why they would have it on the menu if they don’t carry it at all. Would not come back.

Located on the basement level of the MSC. Had a menu with limited options. Staff can be a hit or miss depending on the rush. Food is good - no complaints there.It can be difficult to understand what the cashier is asking behind the mask and flexi screen so if you are ordering for the first time, it can get confusing.There are chairs and tables to sit and eat but most people go with takeout.
Meh. Sometimes the fried rice has clumps in it, or is just straight-up burnt. Today, mine tasted so acrid and I just couldn't get past that burnt taste...last time I get fried rice. But the other sides seem fine most of the time, and I enjoy the entrees.
