Haven't been here in years, and thought we give their Pick A Pair menu a whirl. The place is still the same, but the look of the menu has changed drastically. It's a bit much easier to read, but still overwhelming for the brand-new customer. At least there are two walls with the menu so when there is a line, customers can be deciding (decoding) what to eat. We always go for the Pick A Pair, and chose a Shrimp Po Boy, a Garden salad w/ Cherry Balsamic on the side ($9.99 + $1.15 for Premium sandwich). The other mutt chose Gumbo a Caesar Salad w/ Vinaigrette ($9.99). The food remains average, but the employees have drastically changed. The place is in need of a good field day, and the employees need to be much less boisterous among themselves. A vociferous male 20-something was too busy flirting with what appears to have been a supervisor on her day off but spending time at this location watching funny videos on her laptop. Work would be the last place I'd spend my time off! In all, it may be years again to come back to this place.
We got there at 8:15 pm after a basketball tournament. We waited 10 min at the counter for someone to greet us and take our order. Finally a girl came by and said that register is closed you have to go to the pickup register to order. A sign on the counter would have been a great help! The food was good and came out fast.
Awful awful customer service from none other than one of the managers. Not sure what her name is, but after taking my curbside order, messing up three of the items in it, went out of her way to tell me that she heard exactly what I ordered the first time, and that I was the one in the wrong. Even though I get the same thing every time I order something from there. Absolutely sarcastic and rude as hell. Every other time I've ordered from this location, something will be wrong. I've also heard other people on Bryan have the same problem. If you're going to mess up orders all the time, you could at least be friendly about it. Never ordering from here again.
Portbelly veggie sandwich nd pizza are the only veggie option... ??
Cobb salad was delicious. Got a bite of the BBQ chicken pizza and it was outstanding. (The white sauce surprised me by being especially unique and tasty.)

Usually pretty good, but those making food really need to read order instructions and pay attention to detail. Got food delivered through DoorDash last night, my husband couldn’t even eat his sandwich which was COVERED in onions, despite our request for no onions. Disappointed, especially since this food isn’t cheap.
Firs time visiting, but will be returning. My food was delicious, delivered in a timely way, and the staff were very sweet. Loved this place!
