I was a little tentative once we sat down but I was blown away by the flavor with every bite. This meal took me by surprise and now I cannot wait to go back. You must eat here. The kimchi flavored vegetables provided before the meal were amazing. My favorite was the cucumber; I could eat it by the bowl. I ordered the beef short ribs because I asked for a recommendation from the waiter. He did not steer me wrong. I’m ready to taste the spicier menu items now.The ribs were cooked to perfection. And I cannot share enough about the amazing sauce they were cooked in. Chef’s kiss!I also loved all of the BTS items throughout the restaurant. I will get a coffee next time. Oh! And the metal chopsticks were a nice surprise. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. There were little bouquets of fake flowers at each table.

The food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the little kimchi and other small dishes that come on the side with the meal. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an error with our order, but it was still very delicious!

If I could give a 0 star, I would.I ordered Soon Tofu Soup with pork, and as soon as I took the first bite I knew the pork was going bad or already bad. Pork tasted like a smell of raw meat that was in a refrigerator for over a week

Been here a few years back but I think there’s a different owner. Not the same place at all. First, the portions are minuscule because we ordered three for two thinking it’s more than enough but we were still hungry.. that’s an issue. Also the prices I understand but the portion is just simply too small. The taste isn’t even that good to justify the tiny portion. They are also missing that warm feeling that they had before. The workers are not as friendly and attentive. It changed for the worse. I do not recommend this place.

We were in the mood for South Korean stews. We had seen this place open up many years ago but have not returned since then. We decided to give it a try, and many changes have occurred since then! The place is kept immaculately clean, and orderly. The customers are prudent and courteous thus the staff are friendly as ever. We ordered our stews, and after a very short wait our food arrived accompanied with the included 'banchan' fixings that are part of the meal's price. We loved every aspect of the looks, presentation, however, it left us with a disappointed lack of flavor or yearning to return for their stews. Such a pity as we would have loved to frequent this place that would satisfied our quest for the ever chop licking flavors of South Korean stews. sigh.

It was my first time eating Korean Food!Being a KDRAMA enthusiast, I have always wanted to try Korean food - especially Kimchi.Thank you for making my first Korean food memory a great experience♡Ghamsabnida for Everything (The hospitality, good food and the memory)

The food and service are here! I ate at Mong Chon with my boyfriend who’s Korean and he picked out some dishes for us. The flavor and quality was really excellent. I can’t wait to come here again and try more. Really kind staff also.

Kimchi stew is so awesome

Not the best Korean food I've had but prob the best available around. Not bad but not great. My kimchi jige was a bit watered down and missing that richness of flavor that you normally get. Prob the best dish i had was the Spicy pork belly with octopus. I would give 3.5 stars.

Really good food! Small place but nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I loved that they had some Korean metal chopsticks. It's usually a great sign when I visit a restaurant that serves some ethnic food and that ethnicity is eating there.
