I love this store! I always come here for my 2 coffees and biscuits every morning and the staff is always friendly and so nice.
The drive-thru was busy so I went inside the service staff was delightfully helpful and nice their place looked really clean Thank you. Cheers have a great day
Drive thru person had a bad attitude. We both did not understand each other. I didn't not get mad you so why are you so upset that the order had to be repeated 3 times. If anyone should be mad it should be me. But can attitudes and tempers please stay at home.

Almost every weekend I come to town to train and in the mornings I usually stop off at this location for a breakfast sandwich. There is a young man that works the drive through window on weekends early in the morning and I wish I caught his name, but I think he deserves to be mentioned in a review because he makes your restaurant a better place. He is always so polite and cheerful and I can tell he works hard. He is fast and efficient; he is focused on the task at hand and it is something I appreciate and am very impressed with each time I make a trip here. This young man can go far in life with his attitude and work ethic and I hope your managers appreciate the value he brings to his place of employment and is recognized for it. It’s always a breath of fresh air to see young men and women strive to be great assets in their place of employment. Well Done!
i made a mobile order. and i went to this mcdonald’s to go get it i go through the drive through telling them my order number. the money was took off MY CARD yet i didn’t get my food. they were saying it wasn’t approved when it already took the money off my card. i asked for the managaer and he also said it wasn’t approved and he was not nice about it. i tried telling him it took the money off my card but he was being unreasonable and rude. i will stick to going to the mcdonald’s on southwest parkway.
December 31, 2021. 11:06 pm.On this day my fellow friends received the best McDonalds meal that we shall every have the pleasure of receiving. This is a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. An unknown man, worked alone that night. Working hard to provide nourishment for restless teens who scavenged the city for open restaurants. When the city was celebrating, he bestowed us food by his labor alone. We truly thank this faceless man. Our fries were cooked to hot, crisp and soft inside perfection. The chicken McNuggets, just simply perfect. Words do not exist to describe these nuggets. Like a perfect steak, we did not need sauce. A masterpiece. truly.
I don't know if McDonald's is just not handing out BBQ sauce anymore. But this is the SECOND McDonald's I have been to this week (2 different locations) where I ordered a 20 piece nugget and got ZERO BBQ sauce. This time I even asked them to give me BBQ sauce and the lady said it was at the bottom of my bag. Thinking that someone who wants to be paid $15 and hour knew what they were talking about so I left without checking. Sure enough when I got home, 30 minutes from McDonald's, I had ZERO BBQ sauce!!! This is the exact reason why you lazy people will never be worth more then minimum wage and you do t even deserve that!
they expect customers to ignore the fact that they are to incompetent to put sauce in the bag or they refuse to put additional paid for and requested toppings on food. Having worked in fast food and food industry for over 10 years it's so simple to follow on screen prompts and give the customer what they requested. I for some reason keep supporting this ridiculous store and regret it every single time. They have a non working phone number listed online aswell to avoid complaints.
