I got half a frappe that I paid 4.21 for
Staff was trying really hard, but they seemed short of being able to handle a lunch rush. I ordered at the kiosk, but the receipt printer was broken. Good thing I was paying attention when my order number was on the screen for 2 seconds. Then I had to ask for my drinks. One of the ice machines was out, so had to wait in another line. Quality was meh, but it's Macdonald's so what do you expect.
Absolutely horrid. The fries were cold when I got them the bun for the chicken sandwich that I got look like it had been out there since yesterday the patty was just as bad. On top of all that one of the employees parents were there arguing with the manager which totally run my lunch after a hard day's work that I needed a small break. Won't be going there again.
Absolutely poor service. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order. Have NEVER had an issue until 5/6. The woman handing out the food at the second window attempted to give me the wrong food. I let her know that the order was wrong and proceeded to show her my PAID for order on the app. The app showed the date, time stamp and correct order on the screen. The woman proceeded to argue with me that the order on her monitor showed otherwise. We went back and forth for 3-4 mins and she refused to give me my correct order even after I reiterated several times it was already paid for and drawn out of my account. She continued to try to push the wrong order on me. I eventually told the woman if my correct order is not going to be given to me, I wanted my money refunded. Turns out they magically can’t do it through the window, so I had to park and go inside. Low and behold when I’m angry and complaining inside, the young lady from the first window comes up front and the receipt with my correct order magically appears. At that point, I didn’t care. I just got my refund and left. I find it difficult to understand when a customer is showing proof of purchase along with a date and time stamp, why the error was refused to be corrected? Absolutely ridiculous, lazy and unreasonable.
Went there a little past midnight yesterday as we were just getting into town and wanted a bite to eat. The bar was already low because it's McDonald's, but I was really annoyed with the service. A few cars in front if me pulled out of the drive thru so I assumed it was cash only. Annoying, but I had bills so it was fine. When we went to order they said "we're not taking card, only taking cash, and we're only accepting $1 and $5 bills. Are you kidding? Do I also need to correctly answer three riddles to get my order? I could only scrounge up enough $1 bills to order a hamburger and not what I originally wanted. I understand the card reader not working because I've worked in a restaurant but how do you not compensate by having enough change to take an order? That only makes me conclude that the workers were just trying to make it hard for people to order so they don't have to do work. This location is ALWAYS like this. Don't even bother being open late if you're just going to run people out.
They were playing a Christian rock station? I wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't cranked up so loud.... food and service were OK though.
If I could put zero stars I would. I was doing door dash at 1030 and went to pick up an order from this McDonald’s, no one was coming to the windows or coming on the speaker for drive through. I sat at the window and a man came up to it and yelled “We’re closed!” He was very hostile. When I said it was for door dash he just yelled louder that they were closed and walked away. I would never recommend this McDonald’s and that man should never work in the customer service industry.
Almost every weekend I come to town to train and in the mornings I usually stop off at this location for a breakfast sandwich. There is a young man that works the drive through window on weekends early in the morning and I wish I caught his name, but I think he deserves to be mentioned in a review because he makes your restaurant a better place. He is always so polite and cheerful and I can tell he works hard. He is fast and efficient; he is focused on the task at hand and it is something I appreciate and am very impressed with each time I make a trip here. This young man can go far in life with his attitude and work ethic and I hope your managers appreciate the value he brings to his place of employment and is recognized for it. It’s always a breath of fresh air to see young men and women strive to be great assets in their place of employment. Well Done!
I have noticed the DoorDash order completion has improved and now I receive all items most of the time. However, the last 8 orders they have forgotten straws. This has been the case with a couple locations (bryan and college station), so I wonder if it's just an assembly line change that needs to be made in order to improve the accuracy. Otherwise, food has always been fresh.
Order was not correct. Charged for several drinks when I only ordered one. One drink came with a meal that was ordered. Chicken nuggets were supposed to be cooked fresh but they were ice cold.
