Do not go here! The app for this place doesn't work 75% of the time, the managers there are rude, the app will charge your card, but when you get there it'll say you still owe half of your order. They'll charge you twice and act like they don't. Just a negative place to eat, for not so good quality of food. Tbh, I would rather drive to Tower Point, than go here.
Went through drive thru at 1 am. Cash only no coupons... Ok fine after waiting for about 10 minutes I pull up and a your man has a piece of paper and a calculator adding up my order.... Hmmmm. After a few minutes the girl next to him comes over and says $40.13. I ordered 3 Mc doubles, 2 medium fries a small fry and 2 sodas... $40.13???.when I questioned the price both the girl at the window and the young man calculating the total got aggravated as if I had no business questioning the price. When I asked if I would get a receipt the girl closed the window an behan speaking with the boy. Then a women who I guess was the manager told me to come back at 2:15am for a receipt. When I questioned her about the price and told her my order she said it was $13.98. I reluctantly paid the money, got my order and one of the fries wasn't on it so I paid another $3.25 for my fries and left... Of course the fries were cold and the burgers all tasted like they were made this afternoon and set under a lamp. Totally disappointed.
The employees at this McDonald’s are super awesome! I find some of the negative reviews of this McDonald’s hard to believe because I’ve never had an issue with an employee here and don’t think I’ve ever had anyone give me any sort of attitude. I go to this location pretty much daily (have been since may 2021), and the employees are always very nice and have very sweet customer service voices.The worst thing that’s ever happened to me at this McDonald’s is maybe a misplaced item or a mistaken drink or two. It’s definitely not something that happens very often though, and I’m not one to be upset over a tiny mistake like that anyways. Fast food employees are people too, mistakes can happen, it’s not a big deal.This location is very busy because it’s on one of the more major roads, so the drive through can be slow sometimes. From my experience though, the workers are very efficient about handling the lines. Plus if you aren’t patient, you can always go inside.The reason I give this McDonald’s a 10/10 is because the employees are very nice, and this McDonald’s is so much better managed than the one I used to go to. It’s always an easy process.
Been there twice and had the same issue with the manager she’s super rude! I love the iced mocha but with no ice. When I said no ice she got a huge attitude and just gave me a quarter cup of coffee and wouldn’t fill it up the rest of the way even after I offered to pay more. One of the other employees tried to talk to her and get her to put more coffee in the cup but she wouldn’t. After she walked in the back the other employee apologized and filled the coffee. Will never go back!!!
As a doordash driver, this location always says they have no system to serve doordash orders be when I can clearly see them on their tablet at the back. They just don't understand it messes up my work. And one of my friends who works at McDonald's has confirmed to me that at no time the system goes down, is pure laziness and not wanting to prepare my order.
Highly annoyed because I asked for my frappe to have NO whipped cream and as you can plainly see, half my drink is whipped cream. Needless to say, I am annoyed. I don’t want whipped cream for a reason. Just annoyed.
This place is getting worse I don't know why.The drive thru became so slow and the lady taking the order was rude. Had to repeate my order many times because she kept giving me wrong orders. I could feel she was losing patience. Finally, double-checked my order and got the correct receipt, I thought everything was back on track but I ended up getting a wrong meal at the pickup window..... Fortunately, the staff let me wait right here and took just 15 minutes to get this fixed, though the drive thru lane was already 1 mile long.It wasn't like this before. I even knew some staffs here. Where did they go? What happened?
Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong and have an attitude when they are asked to fix it. Today I used a deal in the app for a free large McCafe beverage when I got to the window they didn’t give me the frappé I ordered and when I asked where it was they asked to see the receipt, which I was never given. This along with giving me a sweet tea instead of unsweet and a horrible attitude in general. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location and will never be returning. I recommend the George bush location I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there and have never received a wrong order.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever bought from. The lady at the drive through was rude. They gave the wrong order. Even through I did not get 4 shakes. I had to drive all the way there. Complained to corporate twice to which they didn’t even respond. Deck hard fries last time as well. Didn’t even bother complaining. It’s a shame that this McDonald’s is the closest to me. I have been to plenty of McDonald’s worldwide and this is really the worst.
Went to get food for myself and my kids ordered paid got my drinks got pulled forward everything on the screen after I ordered was correct after I got pulled up and my food got brought out I came home my fries were disgusting they were not cooked all the way which they should’ve been fresh especially since I was pulled up waiting on my food the sticker that was on my burger wrap was correct but the burger was made complete opposite of what I asked for so either the person who is making the burger can’t read or just doesn’t care about customer satisfaction if you don’t like your job find another one that’s how I see it I’ve worked in fast food and yes it gets frustrating especially when you’re busy but you still need to do the job right and the food should be fresh ! I definitely won’t ever come back here for food which is sad because I like McDonald’s but it’s ridiculous that you should have to throw away money and food because the person who made it did their job carelessly
