Waited 20min for my drink checked multiple times. And talked to a different worker turned out they forgot about the order.
Pretty fast drive through for one lane, even at night. Did forget my sauces (I received sauces right away when I asked again), but food was ?and to be fair it's past midnight. Good job.
It's McDonald's so food is ok, but price is what's killer. Make sure you are using the app to use deals and one of the cheapest quick places. Also open late.
We went here through the drive thru and our food order was correct and hot. Everyone was nice and polite.
Every time I come here I have missing items or they give me a different order entirely. This time the employee at the window tossed the bag of wrong food into my car then slammed the service window shut and walked away. Awful.
Very busy location due to close vicinity to campus. Bit slower service than accustomed to for a later evening visit. Food was predictably good and hot.
Ordered the 40 count nuggets just for me to go home and realize they only gave me 20. Actually just ruined my day :(
They can’t handle service as soon as there’s more than 4 customers. Forgetting ordered sauces and cutlery for breakfast orders. Also not refilling the receipt paper in the machines therefore people don’t know their order numbers.
They didn't get order right . We had to wait for coffee ,they didn't bring it. And short of hash browns didn't get pancakes had to ask for them. They need to pay more attention on what they do their job. I travel to come spend time with my daughter. I'm not satisfied. College station.
I ordered on a mobil app and decided to pick up instore at 11:48pm. The door was closed and no one was letting me in to pick up my order. I went into drive thru which I had to wait another 15+ minutes. Luckily, my order was still there instead of in a trash can, but my order was getting colder and the large fries I ordered was only about 70% full. If I order something, I expect better service that this even though it is McDonald's.
