Great pizza. Awful customer service.Tried ordering on their website. After getting all the way through the process, a pop up window states that I am outside the delivery area. I know I'm not because they have delivered to my house multiple times, and I see their delivery vehicles all through my neighborhood.I call the store and place an order for 4 extra large 2 topping pizzas for $10.99 each, which was advertised as a Deal on the store's website. The total that I was given over the phone matched what it showed online, so I figure all is good. When the delivery driver shows up, the pizzas are larges, not the extra larges (feeding a bunch of teenagers for a birthday party) that we had ordered.I manage to catch the driver before they drive away and explain that the order is incorrect. The receipt that she shows me is for 4 large pizzas for the same price that the extra larges were advertised for ($10.99 per pizza). She calls the store and explains the situation to the manager.The first thing the manager says is that they don't offer that deal. I explain the issue with the website. Next they say that deal only applies to online orders. I told the manager that if their website was working correctly I would have ordered online. Then they say they can remake the pizzas as extra larges, but they have to charge me full price.I wasn't looking for anything for free. I just wanted what I ordered for the price I expected to pay. The manager didn't seem to care to do anything to fix the situation, other than to make excuses. I sent the pizzas back and the driver returned my cash. Domino's got my business tonight. Marcos no longer will.
After trying all the other major pizza places in town ,,,Finally got to Marco's and it is by far the best ..they have a friendly staff , they offer parmesan cheese.. toppings are generous. real easy to drive in and out of ...
An hour after ordering our pizza to be delivered... we called & they said “ two drivers called off work so they were running behind “ We waited & waited & waited and after 45 mins called them back . Found out the order was still sitting there . Canceled the order and made burgers .What’s irritating is that they let our order sit there till we didn’t want it . No updates , nothing. Lousy service
We came to visit College Station for Santa’s Wonderland and Marcos was next to our hotel. Glad we decided to try. The pizza, calzone, and staff were excellent. Plus the restaurant was very clean as we dined in. From the counter the kitchen looked very clean as well. Next time we visit from San Antonio we DEFINITELY will come back.
They hardly put any cheese at all. Not worth it whatsoever! Will never go there again.
I would have hit one star, but the pizza itself is amazing so some credit is due. I am writing right now because this is the second bad experience I’ve had. A couple weeks back I placed an online order ahead of time and the pizza was significantly delayed by over 20 min. I understand busy nights so I thought oh well, bad night. But tonight, I once again placed an order ahead of time. However, when I arrived there was no one in View inside the store from the drive-through window. I banged on the window decently loud enough a couple times before someone came up to attend to a customer at the counter who can hear me from there. It’s not that I mind it waiting but more so that I had no idea when someone would acknowledge my presence because I don’t know what is going on in the background of the store or if they had any idea I was there. The people are all extremely nice and professional so my complaint is not against them themselves, but just their procedure for operations. Again, love the pizzas. They are absolutely amazing so keep up the good work on that end! (edit) I added one star and edited the first line of text because of prompt response from owner stating their actions were not the standard at that moment last night and I respect that.
The pizza was great, but customer service; not so much! We had asked for a can of anchovies and a side of peppercino peppers, which never arrived. My wife called for them to deliver it and they never did.
Love the pizza crust, All the ingredients tasted really fresh also. Staff was very friendly.

This was what came to my home after waiting over an hour for delivery. It was extremely dried out and when I called the store back, there was no answer. I filled out a survey and would like someone to contact me. Thank you.
