Not sure why you would take the time, money and effort to open a location that is closed 99% of the time.
Absolutely horrible experience would give them 0 stars if I could. It took 15 minute to get one ice cream and I was the only one there. On top of that the employee I had tried to basically give me half a full container. I also asked the girls about the strawberries I got in my ice cream at the container was full of liquid and they were basically mush . I wouldn’t be so upset if they didn’t tell me they were freshly cut. On top of that when I asked if they could fill my container all the way considering I got a quart they just pulled plain vanilla on top with out adding the mixes I asked for. Utterly disappointing I will never go back; May look nice on the inside but the quality of product is horrible.
We walked in at 7:30. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes because they only had two employees trying to take care of the drive thru and the ten guests inside. We finally got our items and sat down to enjoy them. At 7:50 the girl starting flipping chairs on to tables. Which always irritates me because it tells me they are more interested in going home than anything else. Then at 7:58 the guy made an announcement from the counter. He said that they were closed. So it was no big rush. But everyone needed to leave kind of soon. Seriously???? If it is no big rush you wouldn’t have said anything. Then at 8:02 they turned off the lights. If that doesn’t tell you that you need to leave now. We did not feel welcomed there and will not be back
The sign says they close at 8:00, I got there at 7:45 and was going to run in to grab two cookies, which I could see in their case. I was met at the door by a worker saying I couldn’t come in because they were closed. I know it’s just cookies, but I think that they should stick with the hours listed on their sign and be a litter nicer about it.
Boba was great, the ambiance was super chill!
I would not recommend buying anything at this location unless your looking for old cookies. The cookie cake & cookies we purchased today were both old.

The people serving the ice cream are not wearing masks. Their faces get real close to the ice cream so if they have anything chances are they are spreading it to clients too. This will include the drive through as well. I mentioned this to the staff and they simply ignored me.
