Love the place.great ice cream.great service
Grand kids wanted icecream and was very happy when left.
Good selection of ice creams, cones, and toppings. Price is above average
Ice cream is always good. I love how the workers always have a good mood and a smile on their faces when they serve costumers, most people don’t have manners but these workers do! These people deserve all the tips
Very friendly staff. Clean dining area.
The ice cream was good but the customer service is not there. A young man was mumbling and I have hearing problems so I apologized and told him I couldn’t understand and a girl with pink hair said “are you done?!” with an attitude and it ruined the whole experience for me.
The young man that took my order was nice and did a good job making the sundae I ordered. However, there were two other girls working who were in the back until some other customers came in. One took their order and the other took out one of the ice cream scoops and rubbed on it (possibly cleaning it off?) with her bare hand. That gave me a bad vibe. Also, the ice cream was okay,... really.... average. Although it's been a while since I've been to Marble Slab, the portions and selection seemed smaller. Not impressed.
The male staff at this store does gender discrimination. The girl before me asked for multiple samples and he didn’t say anything but when I asked for more than 1 sample, he denied and said it’s the company policy. I didn’t like the first sample I tried and had to take a random flavor. I hope the company looks into this.Looking at other reviews, the staff has always been rude! Will recommend avoiding this place until they change the staff
Good service, good ice cream
We went to this location about an hour and a half BEFORE closing so Id like to just think the staff was just starting to clean up in the back. When we walked in it took a few minutes for someone to come up front and help us. I asked for chocolate chips in my ice cream and once we had paid and got into the car to eat I realized there was hardly any chocolate chips in the cup at all. My bf mentioned he watched the person mix my ice cream with chocolate chips, put it in the cup and then put a whole other scoop of just ice cream on top. He went inside prepared to just pay extra for a cup of chocolate chips and waited for what seemed like 6 minutes and not once person came out to help him. So I waived for him to just come back. Shortly after, two other customers went inside and both people working both came out to greet them immediately. If employees are going to be in the back and not watching the doors maybe there should be a bell to ring or something to hang on the door so customers aren’t just relying on the kids working to hear them. Wasn’t there long enough to see if there was a bell or anything on the door so if there is, the two kids working Saturday evening just ignored customers.
