Delicious, as always. Juicy and crispy chicken, light potato salad, perfect garlic bread. Love it!
I hadn't been to this particular location in quite awhile.The last time I was there, the tenders were small and overcooked !As you can clearly from the photo's my 3 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed her meal and her drink.The tenders were cooked to PERFECTION and INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS ? !!!!!
Compared to Canes Chicken it is more value at $7.50 a box. Beware the fries are oversalted so when you order ask for no salt. Not 5 stars because the inside floor is super sticky and it didn't really seem clean. Food is good though.Food review VVVVChicken has more breading compared to Canes and are skinnier. Bread is regular store bread but toasted. Their Layne's sauce seems to have less flavour and a little more liquidy then Canes sauce. I feel like its more value though compared to Canes.
My favorite tenders! It's an easy 3-star because the wait for food is absolutely ridiculous. You could only have a few cars in front of you yet somehow you may find yourself stuck there for 20 minutes AT LEAST

Drove all the way here from the most southern end of college station because this location is supposed to be open until midnight. I arrived at 10:32 but Apparently they started closing at 10:30 and didn’t post it anywhere. There was a line of four people being served but I got turned away and all of the employees were still inside working. Advice to management: post accurate hours somewhere instead of telling people that your hours have changed and that your closed once they have already spent 20 minutes driving here with gas at 4$/gallon.
Waited inside for an hour no exaggeration. Dont go eat inside by yourself they will forget your order. 8 people who ordered after me got their order before me. I was promised verbally extra chicken fingers for my wait and they did no such thing. The staff acknowledged I was there for longer time than people who ordered 30 minutes after me got their food first because they came up to me and apologized but still served others cause they were in a group. Definitely don't recommend.
Was my favorite place in Cstat so my boyfriend got me a $50 gift card for my birthday. When we tried using it we were informed there was no money on the card. He showed them the charge on his credit card days earlier, but they said without a receipt they couldn’t do anything since they couldn’t prove we didn’t use the gift card (how could you tell that with an original purchase receipt anyway…?). Lost $50 due to an employee not knowing how to work the software:/ So upsetting since we got laynes at least once a week. They usually end up charging us for the extra sauce we request & forgetting to give it to us as well. Think it’s time to see what the hype around canes is about
There were only two people working the restaurant on a Friday night. Had to wait over 45 minutes in the drive through. Owner needs to hire more people and/or pay better.
Same as it was 10 years ago. Good, fresh chicken and fries and toast. The sauce is wonderfully peppery. Simple. Used to be cheaper, but so was everything else 10 years ago. Friendly staff.
