Best glazed doughnuts!!!! They have a wide variety of doughnuts to choose from and it is fun to watch them being made and glazed. The customer service is exceptional! The woman helping us was kind and helpful. Later, a man came out to tell us he was making doughnut holes and even gave us all a sample when they were ready. He took time to talk with us and really just made the visit special and memorable. Even our kids commented on how everyone was. Wish customer service was like this everywhere!
I hope this location is staffing for the incentives for 4th of July. Not fair to the person working the front in the am to be working both the counter and the drive up windowReturned again on National donut day to get some for the office. Felt sorry for the lady that was working the front, doing both the drive thru and front count. When specials are offered, manager needs more staff working. She lost my sympathy when I asked for hot, and she found the oldest to give to me. Not changing my rating.The machine was broken when I visited on Friday am. Limited selection left. Felt sorry for the nice lady behind the counter who was doing her best considering the situation.
Krispy Kreme is the best! We don't have one anywhere near where I live, so when I was visiting College Station I had to stop by. The staff was very friendly, the donuts were reasonably priced, and they were delicious! Very soft and fluffy insides. Not dry like some other places that have the initials DD.The only thing I wish they had was kolaches. I felt like I needed some protein with my breakfast.
Today, I ordered Mother's Day minis at 7:49a for delivery at 5pm. Got the confirmation. Three notifications that they were picked up and on the way. At 5:20p I called to find out where they were. I was told that they ran out before I placed the order. Told them I placed the order just before 8am. They said they were sorry but thy didn't see the order and they were out. This is 2 out of 2 delivery orders that have been messed up. No call. No nothing. I was giving them another try, but this is it. Only a "sorry for the inconvenience". Never again.
Dirty tables, chairs floors and windows. Staff sitting in chairs in their phones. Staff kinda gruff.Donuts were tasty!
Cashier wasn't friendly or kind. It's true that she could have been busy but kept me at the window for awhile before checking in. On top of that my order was wrong. Customer service goes a long way.. one simple act of kindness goes along way including accuracy.
I changed this review from 5 to 2 star. They had good food for a while, now it just doesn't even taste like Krispy Kreme. The donuts are chewy instead of melt in your mouth, and they are smaller. I got a jelly filled that had maybe two bites of jelly in it. Bathrooms are nasty. The service should be excellent, because there are plenty of staff standing around. For twenty dollars, I want donuts and service that far exceed a donut palace.
We bought 2 medium coffees which were $3 dollars n some change a piece. We bought a dozen doughnuts n our bill was over $20 dollars. The doughnuts were cold n this was about 920 am. Not happy.
If want a fresh delicious donut Krispy Kreme is the place to go my number one spot try all their goodies you'll love it.
Be sure to come at least an hour before they close or they will ignore you in the drive-through line no matter if they are open or not.No point in calling to check ahead for the temporary hours so you can get birthday donuts as the employees will be clocked out standing outside of the building long before the people on the phone or the sign at the drive-through says they close.
