I definitely enjoyed my experience here. The staff was kind and thanked me for my order. He even said "Can't wait to see you again soon." displaying customer service to gain my loyalty. I definitely prefer this Jimmy Johns over the one located at 200 University Drive. Take my suggestion and always come to this Jimmy Johns as they truly appreciate you being their customer.
A very good, very fast sandwich place. Call and make an order, and they will set it on the metal shelf on the right, and you can zoom in and pick it up. Very nice staff.
After a long day of work I came home with zero energy to make food so I figured id get this for me, my wife, and the kid.. All of our sandwiches came without turkey... thanks...
Used to be good, but they always forget everything on the order these days.
We ordered from this location twice in a week. The first time I ordered tuna club and barely had any tuna on it. I felt like I was eating bread, cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise with my onions with a very small amount of tuna. Fast forward to tonight, I ordered the tuna club once more only this time my wife ordered it with extra tuna when placing the order on line. We drive over and we get all three of our sandwiches home and guess what? No extra tuna! I called the store and young boy offered to remake my sandwich if I was willing to drive back over and pick it up. What choice did I have? Either eat the sandwich I was given and charged more for, or drive back over and get the sandwich I paid for. No one offered to give me credit for having to run twice and get my sandwich for the employees mistake. Seeing other posts these people need trained or retrained. Maybe the manager isn’t doing his job, because ultimately it’s his responsibility to train his staff. It will be a while before ordering from this location again. Y’all better get a handle on this location or it won’t survive!

The rock prairie location sucks!! I just moved to this side of town and have now ordered twice. I usually order from the university location. The sandwiches are drastically different in size and attention to detail. They never get my order right and the sandwiches are small!! Very disappointed for the second time!! I wish the location on university could just deliver to my new place!!
BEWARE: I was double charged here and when I called and spoke to the manager, he said it was a common thing that their system does. It will charge your card twice and he will not do anything to resolve it. Incredibly rude and bad business. Ended up being charged $18 for one sandwich. Taking it up with my bank. They’ve just lost a customer for life. Keep on stealing from your customers. You’re just putting yourselves out of business.
