Messy sandwiches. Bread is too hard or stale and old. Bacon with no flavor. Yuk. Tuna is bland. The food prep table cross contaminated all the other sandwiches. Staff too busy to look up. Tea was old. Nasty.. Tables dirty. Floor dirty. Doors and windows dirty. Just awful. Don't bring anyone with you. Oh, and very overpriced for the value. They do not have olives, pickles, etc. Just that nasty sliced iceberg lettuce.
I typically don’t consider lunch as my favorite meal of the day, but Jianna has changed my mind on that. She really put her all into making sure I had the best sandwich. Great atmosphere and positivity as soon as I stepped in the door. I’m wholeheartedly a Jersey Mike’s fan now and will be returning as a regular. Sub-tastic!!
I think she said her name was Giana but what a great customer service experience she provided for my first time ever going there! Sandwich was 10/10 too props to all the workers that helped prepare it
The lady that took my order named Jianna gave me excellent service. For my first time there she made my experience great. I highly recommend it just based off the service she showed me.
Love the app. Food is ready to pickup when I walk in. My son’s favorite sandwich. I’ll get a text from him asking me to bring home Jersey Mike’s for supper.
Really tasty sandwiches. Everything is great and fresh. Definitely try the cold subs “Mike’s Way”!

I've gone three times and was extremely satisfied each time. Fresh veggies, fresh meats, fresh ingredients-an all around good sandwhich! They can be a bit pricey, but its worth it.
I showed up 10 minutes before close, but they still had a great attitude (even before I tipped). They were happy to make all four orders that I needed, and they did so expertly. Whoever was at the register 3/14/22 at close... She was awesome.I hated to be THAT guy (showing up so late), but you made several people working very late at an office very happy.
They make a nice sandwich and the place was pretty clean.
