I went to this Jamba Juice around 7 and there was no one there. Online and on the sign posted on their door it says that they close at 8. I'm extremely annoyed that I drove over there just to find it closed.
The smoothies were pretty good. However, the guy who took our order and checked us out at the window was very short with us and seemed annoyed. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t wanna serve customers.
My order went fine from the drive thru window ! It was a few days later I received a noticed from my credit card company asking me about a 40% tip that was added to my receipt! I told them no I did not authorize this and they took care of the situation. I then called Jamba in College Station, Tx to inquire why this was done, only to have the girl (Whitney) who said she was the general manager give me the pat answer that she would check into it. Never once did she ask me who the person was who served and done the card transaction for me, which my receipt was $17.08 and my card company stating the charge was $23.89. This to me is total fraudulent activity and I would NEVER trust this place ever again! Maybe they only try this on older people from out of town, thinking they could get by with it! My hope is, that this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Beware!!
The service was awful and the guy who was working the window was absolutely pathetic! He needs to be taught some people skills. I will not be returning.

It was my first time and the woman who took my order was so awesome! She gave me recommendations for a few different drinks and I ended up getting the Pb + banana protein smoothie, which is the bomb! Will be back definitely since it’s close to my work??
